I called at 7:30am on a Friday morning. Alyssa answered the phone, and scheduled an appointment window from 8am-noon the same day. The technician, Paul, called at 9:30am to say he would be there by 10am. He showed up on time, created a detailed quote for the repairs needed. He said it would take about 90 minutes to fix. Ninety minutes later, he finished the job and provided me a complete printed invoice for my records. The garage door is back in service.

I had called Precision about 2 years ago when the spring broke and they came out to replace it on a Sunday - yeah. I recently called again when the door was failing to go down all the way and Paul Brinkman came out. He explained that he could adjust it - which he did and the door went all the way down - or I could replace the opener. I decided to replace it as it was probably 25 years old and probably had seen its day. I just thought that worked problem free for 25 years and had seen its day.

Absolutely impressed and satisfied with the professional work that Mr. Paul Brinkman did for me. First he got here on time and greeted me with a friendly demeanor. Imagine my surprise when I couldn't open my garage door and get my car out. I called them and explained my situation. Paul called indicating about what time he would be at my home and said he would call again when he was on the road and how long it would take; which he did. The garage door needed better rollers which I authorized Paul to do. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I tested closing the garage door and am happy that it is now working properly.

Our garage door broke and we were told by one company we needed to replace the door. We called Precision and the door was repaired inexpensively. Today our other garage door came off its track and Precision came and educated us on the "eye beam" and the 10 clicks if it's an eye problem versus no clicks if the door is prevented from closing. I can't speak highly enough for the two representatives that we've had through Precision. They are our go to for our garage door problems in the future.

We called late on a Friday because our garage door would not close and our regular garage door service provider could not come out. Precision responded to my call and scheduled service within a couple hours, calling ahead and arriving within the given time frame. The repair turned out to be much more complicated than originally estimated but Paul stayed within the estimate and stayed until almost midnight completing the project. Very professional and helpful--coaching my not-so-handy son on what he was doing and what to look for in the future. Precision is our new go-to provider!
