Carlos was excellent. I believe he thought he was walking into a quick 30-minute job because he was only there to correct an issue left by a rodent control company. When he arrived he saw the extent of the work needed and immediately let me know what was going to happen to make the door work properly. he didn't have all the parts so he took a quick trip to pick them up. Knowing I needed to get the garage door functioning as soon as possible, he worked until 7:00 pm. The door works great now Excellent Job!

Our technicial Rodney was prompt, thorough, honest and friendly. He did a great job explaining all options with costs which made our decision on what to do easy. Rodney also followed up with some basic training on our new install. Very happy with the end result as our garage was left clean and our garage door is humming !

Can’t recommend this company more! Called them at 1am to book an appointment the same day. The service rep on the phone and the tech that came out was awesome. Paulino and Chris were friendly and experts at their craft. We operate our business out of our garage and our cable system broke causing us to shut down for maintenance. They showed up, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it within 45 minutes. Great experience and highly recommended!

Love that there is always customer service available 24 hours/day. So happy that I was told about the remote keypad to open my garage door from the outside without a remote, which I had installed immediately. Great, friendly service as always!

Very happy with the work done by Precision. I was even happier to have their technician arrive within 2 hours after contacting them. You feel "trapped" when you can't get out of your garage because of a broken spring. The work was done within an hour and a half and while it may have cost more than what I expected it has been quite some time since the last time I had to replace the springs so I think the cost was well worth the price. Thanks for the excellent service and quick response.

My garage door wouldn't open and the company that installed it couldn't come out till the next week! I called your company and you sent Gavin out the same day. He noticed the spring was broken and put in a new spring. He also checked other parts of door, rollers, track chain etc. Gavin was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions. He does a great in representing your company.

He offered to clean and lubricated the door track and rollers to assure continued smooth operation. He honestly advised that neither a new door nor extensive work was required. I chose Precision because the previous company I used didn't have time and I needed it done now. Everyone at Precision ( picked from the Yellow Pages) because I really liked their ad and when I called they were very friendly and accommodating. I called in the morning and Bachir repaired the same day. Bachir did a very thorough job explaining the repairs he was quoting me and I liked that I actually could choose which repairs I felt were necessary and I could afford. I had called another local door company and they didn’t call me back until 24 hours later. I even received a senior discount.
