Great company which delivers what it says on their website. I called them at 3:30 pm as my garage door snapped its cable. I got through to service scheduler and the technician was at my house at 5. What a service the technician was great to review the parts and labor he had tbe job completed in almost 2 hours . True, this company is a bit pricy , but I would rather pay and get the job done in a professional way. I highly recommend them for garage door jobs. If

Boulevard Garage Doors responded quickly and sent Valentino Ramirez to our home within 24 hours. Upon arrival, Valentino diagnosed immediately what was the problem. The door hanging cable had started wearing out into strands. He also spotted two problems from the time of the installation by the builder. The garage springs were wrongly placed about an inch lower than the cable holder at the ends. Another problem was the builder used 8' cable for a 7' door. Both will cause too much pressure on the cable and affect the garage door functioning. He fixed all the three problems within an hour and a half. I had bought a garage door seal to replace the one on the door. He replaced it with no additional charge. The quote was reasonable compared to other companies. Overall, the work was done to my satisfaction and the price was reasonable.

I have had the pleasure of having Sheridan come out and work on my garage door as such I specifically requested he come out for another visit as a few of the bracket screws were stripped. Upon his arrival he quickly looked at the door and noticed right away there was a cracked on one of the door panels. He mentioned that if this was repaired, it would eventually result in a full door replacement. He made quickly made the repair. Once again, the service Sheridan provided was top notch. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for garage door repair work ask for Sheridan. He is professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I called and was given a window of 4pm-8pm. I got a call at 3:30 that they were on the way. Sheridan took the time to look over the garage door and explained the reason for the amount and exactly what needed to be done. He was very experienced and able to complete the job in the time he estimated it would take. I am very satisfied with the explanation of the work and reasoning for replacing parts. I have used Precision in the past and will in the future.

So disappointed in this place. I got a quote from 3 people and precision garage doors wanted to charge double than the others and said things needed to be replaced when the others said it was working perfectly fine. It felt like all they wanted was my money and they weren’t genuine and honest. I paid $70 for a 10 min estimate. I wouldn’t recommend them!

I do feel the parts were highly inflated in price especially the rods & springs, brackets. But I decided I am still very happy with the high quality repairs and the attention to the overall function of the door system which is important for longevity.

2500 for 1 hour of work. Complete scam. Parts couldnt have cost more than a few hundred dollars. Installed in 1 hour, 2500 dollar bill. Avoid at all costs, price gougers.

I had a perceived problem with a garage door part and called Precision to replace it. Travis came and checked it out. He then proceeded to explain to me that although it might appear problematic, the part was perfectly functional. I know just about nothing regarding garage doors. Travis could easily sold me 400 bucks worth of parts and labor and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead I was presented with no charge for the service. This kind of honesty is more than refreshing. Precision Garage Door is a class act! Needless to say, in future for garage door maintenance, Precision will be the first (and only) company I'll be calling.

The gal who answered the phone on Sunday was exceptionally pleasant and courteous, letting me know when to expect a phone call from the technician. True to her word, Sheridan called me shortly thereafter and gave me his estimated ETA. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in his explanation. We called Precision Garage Door on Sunday and mentioned Sheridan Abad because of the nice work he did for us in 2022. Sheridan was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 AM and 02:00 PM on Sunday, February 4, 2024. He called, as promised, 20 minutes before arriving at 11:30 AM, replaced our garage door opener and left before 1:00 PM. Sheridan was punctual, knowledgeable, hard-working, pleasant, and answered our questions. Patrick Leahy was great. Quickly looked at all the moving parts of my garage door and determined there was more than 1 problem with my 22 year old door and opener. He explained everything and showed me the problems. Within 3 hours he replaced the opener, the coils and the springs and fully lubricated the rails and hinges. His trainee Raoul was really good too. Super impressed with both of them. They were very friendly and patient as I asked several questions while they were here. I am so happy with my door now, way less noisy and really smooth as it goes up and down. I also really like that Precision answered their phone late on Friday night of Christmas weekend and the techs came first thing Monday morning. Strongly recommend Patrick and Raoul and Precision.
