Beware: I gave my credit card over the phone to the technician to pay for the service. A day after I got a fraud alert from my credit card company after 7 charges were made to my account unauthorized. I don't usually give my credit card over the phone but the situation was urgent and I needed to get replaced same day so I violate my rule. Credit card company will remove the charges however just want to give heads up to the consumers.

Precision Door had done work on wooden garage door 14 years ago. It needed some major TLC. Travis was great. He ended up replacing springs, rollers and installing a new garage door opener. Aligned the door tracks and tightened and lubricated the hinges. It opens much quieter and runs closes without a thud. He thoroughly explained needed and recommend repairs and let me decided what I wanted done on the call. Will definitely use them again only not wait 14 years for a door tune up.

Sheridan replaced a garage door motor for us in 2019 and he came to the rescue again with a repair to a damaged door. Only about five hours elapsed between my initial phone call and the completed project. I couldn’t have been more pleased since the fix included straightening the door, a brace and a heavy duty spring. I will always use Precision Garage Door for any future needs.

A 5 star rating for James and Precision. I must commend James for his professionalism. He called a half hour before my appointment. James spent a lot of time to make sure the job was done right. He explained everything to me as he replaced the bearings and spring. He was very personable and you can tell he loves his work. We had the best experience with Sheridan from Precision on Saturday! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our garage door is 26 years old and he was able to replace many parts - springs, coils, cables, etc. in 2 hours and arrived 2 hours after my initial call for help. Lorenzo was fantastic!!! I expected to need a new opener and top panel for our garage door. Lorenzo fixed the opener and put a bracket on the panel that was breaking. He could have charged us a lot more but he did what needed to be done and didn’t charge us for unnecessary equipment. I appreciate a company that doesn’t gouge you because I don’t know any better. I will always use this company and want to give a BIG kudos to Lorenzo. He was curtious and prompt. Highly recommended

Though I am satisfied with the work, the charges were outrageous. I trusted Percision to fairly charge for the parts but after getting the work done and doing the research, the charges were 10x more for some parts replaced. As an example, you can buy garage door rollers from Amazon or Home Depot for ~$30 for a pack of 10 and Precision charges were $311. I now wish, I should have not requested to change the rollers and done it myself which would have saved a lot of dollars.

I chose Precision door because they responded right away, however i am disappointed with their work. After spending $1000 to get the garage door fixed 2 weeks ago, it started making squealing noise within a week of repair. Now i have to spend additional $250 to get the noise fixed. They are pretty expensive(charging 3 or 4 time more than regular price).
