Travis was absolutely incredible. I had been putting off dealing with my garage door system for a long time and it finally just gave us so much trouble that we had to do something. I booked an appointment online with Precision. Travis let me know by phone and text when he would arrive, which was exactly within the time given. He took a lot of time to review the situation and go over it with me. I figured I'd have to make another appointment to implement the fixes he recommended but he said he had everything he needed, including a new motor (!), with him and could do it now. He spent the next hours painstakingly putting the new system in place and then walked me through all the things I needed to know. Travis was a true professional in every sense of the word and did a fantastic job. I'd recommend him and Precision wholeheartedly. Thank you!

Travis called in advance of appointment addressing garage door problem. Excellent presentation as to items of immediate concern (needing replacement) and as he progressed with repair, advised of additional parts that would need replacement in due time. As we discussed matter, it was clear to proceed now! Will definitely recommend Precision to neighbors and friends and if possible, request Travis as the lead tech. Service Performed - spring,opener,cables.etc.

I had a 5 star experience with Bachir of Precision Garage Door! I was able to receive same-day service. Bachir patiently and fully explained the various issues and corrective repair measures after carefully examining our garage door. Some of the issues I was aware of but Bachir was able to identify other problems I was unaware of. The repair was completed within the provided time-estimate. The thing I liked best was a less than 1 minute wait time on the phone before getting through. Then the appointment was next day, the fellow showed up within the window, and fixed the problem for a reasonable price right then and there. He even had a second opener to replace one that I've lost.

These people are crooks. My 80 year old mother with dementia called them to reprogram her garage door openers. A job that takes about 30 seconds for each door opener, she had two. They charged her over $200 to do this! Do not use these crooks. They take advantage of old people with dementia. Very rude.

I was very pleased with the process from first call to completion of the project. Mario called about 25 minutes before he arrived, so I was ready for him to begin his assessment. No wasted time waiting and wondering. He quickly determined the best opener and other repairs to get the door working as it should. I had a few questions about the new system which he answered clearly and politely. Mario assisted with setting up the car openers which was appreciated. Very happy with this experience in general.

Paul Brinkman came out on a Saturday. It was afternoon on a very hot day and our garage door opener was not working! This would have left our double wide garage open waiting for repair. He was on time and pleasant to talk with. He explained what was broken and what was needed to get the door to move again. We were very happy with Paul's efficiency and enjoyed meeting him.

Outstanding service. Technician Travis Behn arrived really fast (15 minutes after call!). He was personable, knowledgeable and competent. Fixed my tricky problem (garage door was jammed cockeyed inside the opening), and refastened the hinge to the jamb. Works better than before it broke. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Precision installed my garage door and opener 4 years ago. I have had a few problems with it, however, I do credit the service given to me for repairs. Not happy with some of the performance of the product but the Techs have been fantastic. Very timely on arriving to my home as well as informative and professional. Just yesterday Patrick assisted me on a repair. He was meticulous in his review of potential problem and very thorough in all the explanations he gave me. I trust that the repair will work.
