Our garage door broken down yesterday, since I had the opener replaced by precision last year, I decided to call them again. I am happy with their service, the technician Jerry Parker is excellent. He call me before arrival, he explained to me what need to be replaced and done. He and his partner are very efficient. We find out the Spring was broken, he recommended me to replaced the cables, rollers, drum, loose bearing, end bearing plates. I decided to add the keypad at the end. It cost me but I got 5 year parts and one year labor warranty. Overall, they are professional and efficient.

I had both single doors worked on, the only problem I have Jerry never told me the cost that these rollers ( over $500.00) he changed would cost. I see improvement the one door I hadall my trouble with. When one of your people delivered my receipt to me he informed me there is no warranty on your work, that I don't like. I do like to know that any work I payed to have done is warranted.

I highly recommend Precision. Very professional in every aspect from the initial conversation and scheduling of the visit to the completion of the installation. Jerry, our service rep, was very prompt and courteous and explained clearly the various options available to us including the pros and cons of repairing our old garage door opener vs purchasing a new one.
