We recently had repair work performed by Travis and a trainee. He worked closely with the trainee to diagnose the problem and explain the issue with me. He gave me different options and based on the timing of the last repair/replacement, we decided to fix what was broken and also replace the spring and rollers. Even though it was quite expensive, I feel that my garage door will be in great shape for many years. I really appreciate honest, high quality workmanship which I felt I received. Travis was able to come out the same day and even show up early.

Had a broken spring and needed same day service. Called at 6am on a Saturday and talked to a live operator. She got an appointment for 10am, that was awesome. Travis was my technician and he really knew his stuff. My garage opener was 20 years old. Travis replaced everything from the springs to a new opener. Loved the service and will recommend. This may be my best service repair ever. Less than 24 hours start to finish. My garage door mechanism broke on Saturday afternoon. I called Precision Door and they had a technician out the next morning. The technician Mario (really nice guy) explains completely and clearly what the problem is and what is necessary. He installed the needed part, made the necessary adjustments and made sure I was happy with how everything worked. Great job, Thank you Mario.

I used this company the last time my springs broke, so I thought I would use them again. The only thing I did not like is when I called they told me it would be $300.00 for two springs, plus half of the service call which would have been about $25.00 - the springs ended up being $350.00. I was not happy about that. I should have sent him on his way and called another company. Then he tried to sell me all kinds of stuff that would have cost $1,200.00. I could probably have replaced my whole door for that or a little more. He did a great job but there was too much emphasis on him trying to sell me more than I asked for or wanted. The door is old but very well maintained, as he could see.

The technician Sheridan Abad was timely & very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood the work needed to fix our garage door. He was very detailed with his work and explained the problems and each fix that needed to be done. He also took the time to explain recommendations to keep the garage door in good shape.
