Travis called in advance of appointment addressing garage door problem. Excellent presentation as to items of immediate concern (needing replacement) and as he progressed with repair, advised of additional parts that would need replacement in due time. As we discussed matter, it was clear to proceed now! Will definitely recommend Precision to neighbors and friends and if possible, request Travis as the lead tech. Service Performed - spring,opener,cables.etc.

These people are crooks. My 80 year old mother with dementia called them to reprogram her garage door openers. A job that takes about 30 seconds for each door opener, she had two. They charged her over $200 to do this! Do not use these crooks. They take advantage of old people with dementia. Very rude.

I was very pleased with the process from first call to completion of the project. Mario called about 25 minutes before he arrived, so I was ready for him to begin his assessment. No wasted time waiting and wondering. He quickly determined the best opener and other repairs to get the door working as it should. I had a few questions about the new system which he answered clearly and politely. Mario assisted with setting up the car openers which was appreciated. Very happy with this experience in general.

Paul Brinkman came out on a Saturday. It was afternoon on a very hot day and our garage door opener was not working! This would have left our double wide garage open waiting for repair. He was on time and pleasant to talk with. He explained what was broken and what was needed to get the door to move again. We were very happy with Paul's efficiency and enjoyed meeting him.

Had a very good experience with Precision. Easily scheduled a same day repair. Tech's were not only on time, but early. The provided a time frame to complete the repair and were right on schedule. Willing and able to help install custom garage doors that I fabricated myself. James was great at problem solving some of the technical issues that came about due to custom door construction. I had dealt with Contra Costa Door for over 20 years for maintenance / service - when I really needed them, their emergency response was 48-72 hours before I may hear back. My garage door opener was not working so I called Precision and they came right over. This is great! But......I was told that I needed new springs and rollers so after thinking I was going to spend $50 or so on an opener, I ended up spending $1100!! James, the Tech was amazing and fixed my door in no time. He said that he did not fix prices but OMG. With earthquakes and fires this year, I need a door that works but the prices were very high.Thank you James for great service.

James Walker, the service technician, came to replace the bottom, worn out weatherstripping from both of my garage doors. He cleaned up the bottom rails and installed the new strips as well as end caps on the strips, which had never been done initially by a different installation company. He pointed out several deficiencies in the operation of one of the doors that would impact its longevity and suggested a tune up. He worked diligently and now my door open and closes much quieter and fits tight up against the frame, which it didn't previously. He was courteous, efficient, and explained the workings of the door to me and my husband. I am so pleased to have found a garage door service company and technician committed to excellence. , and ask for James.
