I called to get a quote for spring replacement and person on the phone said it would be $299.00 for the springs and $24.99 to for the service call. I said great and to schedule them to come out same day. When technician comes out he tells me that with the new springs and labor and new ball bearings that should be replaced as well and service call which is $49.99 but if the do the work they drop it down to $24.99 the total was gonna be $910.00. I was obviously shocked at the price and told him what they had quoted me and he said that I called a call center in Florida and they don’t know what there talking about. After I had told him no that I wasn’t gonna pay $910.00 he said that it would still cost me $49.99 just for them to come out. This is straight ludicrous and should be against the law. At No time did they tell me that over the phone. The technician was nice and courteous and also said they should know more about what there services entails. I will never do business with this company nor recommend this company.

I called to have the chain tightened , door lubed, purchase two openers and opener pad. I was very pleased with technician Gabe Van Blake, he was very professional and friendly. He checked the door for proper movement, gave me a quote of how much it would cost prior to work. I recommend this company.

Quick response (I called at 7 a.m.; got 8 to noon window and tech arrived about 10:40). Mario diagnosed a failed door opener-- he even unplugged to re-set before proceeding. I was told online your service call could be applied to purchases; initially he offered half off the service call but did take off the whole amount (I believe I was told during initial call this would be the case). Nice guy -- quiet, polite and worked fast. I should have offered him a wet rag to clean his hands though-- its hard to want to shake when they're dirty! You replaced our door springs in April 2017; nothing personal, but I hope I don't have to see you again soon!

This may be my best service repair ever. Less than 24 hours start to finish. My garage door mechanism broke on Saturday afternoon. I called Precision Door and they had a technician out the next morning. The technician Mario (really nice guy) explains completely and clearly what the problem is and what is necessary. He installed the needed part, made the necessary adjustments and made sure I was happy with how everything worked. Great job, Thank you Mario.

I am not happy with this service. Appointment was scheduled for the hours of 10-2. Paulinho showed up at 1:15 without calling first and just honked his horn He looked at the door and said “what did you do? He said it would be easy to fix and would cost $475 to get it to work or $1100 to do it right. He could not explain what he would to do to fix it. I need it to work so told him to fix it for the $475 price which by then was now $425. He fixed it in 20 minutes. $425 is a ridiculously high price for 20 minutes of work. I will not use this company again

I had excellent response time and very courteous and helpful service when I called for a non-working garage door. Haziel identified the problem immediately, oiled the working mechanisms on the door and the chain and gave me helpful tips for maintaining the door so it functions ideally. Highly recommend this company. VERY professional. And friendly!!

We had a broken motor and had asked another repair company to come see it; they wouldn't come on time and didn't have the parts. Frustrated, I looked elsewhere and found Precision Garage Door. I was totally delighted when they said not only would they come out that day (it was 4 pm when I called), but that they had motors on the truck. Blake Zuniga arrived and couldn't have been nicer. He gave us 3 options and estimates on the repair, all professionally presented, and then went ahead and did the repair we chose -- right on the spot. Blake was super nice, very friendly, and we couldn't be happier with the work. Highly recommend him and Precision.

it took 2 min to fix my garage door i paid $138.00 i think it is way too much $50.00 for the visit and the $58.00 for 2 min repair.
