Paulino did really good work. Woman on the phone was nice and said he would be here between 4 and 6 and he would call at least 30 minutes ahead of time so I could meet him without waiting around. I really liked that. He calls me ahead like they said he would and was here at 4:10. I like that. Gave me a full explanation of what needed, why and the warranty. Worked fast and clean. Found Precision garage door in the yellow pages and will call them again next time.

I see Precision Garage Doors trucks alot so figure they must be doing something right. My phone call was answered on second ring, they send Paulino who has fixed over 5,000 garage doors in the bay area, he gets here a few hours after I called and quickly diagnoses and fixes the problem at a good price. When it comes to service companies coming to my home, I like to go with bigger, local well known companies like Precision that you can trust.

Called Precision Garage Door eventhough we had never used them before because of all the good reviews on Google, Home Advisor and their website and their guarantee to answer the phone and give same day service. We really appreciated Malek coming so fast. He explained they have technicians in trucks all around Alameda and Contra Costa counties so somebody is almost always close. Malek was a nice guy, the price was affordable and the garage door opener never worked better. So very pleased and will call next time.

I wanted a garage door that wa smore flush but ours is an old house and I am afraid the house will shift more. Malek listened and understood this. The technician who came was very professional. I contacted this company because I needed a new opener. The technician reviewed the equipment and said I needed an adjustment to the spring on the door. The labor was $225.00 which seemed high. The total cost was $300.90 for a new opener and spring adjustment.

Found Precision Garage Door on my cell phone and glad I did. They said Matt could get here in 2 hours and he did! I was in a jam as I had to get my car out of my garage. He got here quickly, diagnosed the problem, got my car out and then fixed the door. Garage door and motor work great now.
