I would like to give your whole team the highest rating possible, especially Ricky the service tech. I was convinced I was going to need a new garage door but Ricky replaced the necessary parts in a very short time. It was especially inconvenient because my wife's care was stuck in the garage. I was extremely impressed with Ricky's promptness, knowledge, and how personable he was. I was a stressed out mess when he arrived because I thought it would be days before we would have both cars again. When Rick said he'd have it done in a couple of hours, I was so relived I shouted with joy. I would and will recommend Precision to any and all. Thank you for being there when I needed you. I had a different guy come out this time but got the same great service. They have great electronic systems that keep you informed, professional tablets to show you your options and pricing, all the parts in their truck they need to fix your door quickly and are professional and nice people. Woman on the phone was nice and helpful. Liked being able to see my technician's face and biography on the appointment time confirmation email they sent before he came. Malek called ahead to give us an eta for this arrival. He was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with our garage door and motor and fix it. Had all the parts on his truck. Had never used Precision before but found them on yelp. Had almost all good reviews and ones where there was an issue, they fixed quickly. So I called them. There ad said same day service and they did come almost immediately. Malek our technician called ahead so we would not have to wait around. He showed up with all the parts and explained what needed to be done. I will call Precision again and recommend to neighbors.

Excellent Service. New before which Tech was coming - had seen his bio online. So definitely safer than most. The Tech Brandon was extremely patient , understanding and helpful. Took his time to explain details to the family and clear all doubts. Came out on a Sunday - Post Season Sunday games. Went thru the fixes and demos step by step - to our satisfaction. Would gladly recommend them to others. In fact if the price is right we plan on changing our old garage door openers and would give them first preference.
