My garage door has been making popping/banging sounds when closing. Called Precision GD and was able to get service the same day....what a relief. Paul arrived on time; assessed the issues (many by the way); then proceeded to work to replace..rollers, Liftmaster door opener, a few hinges and cable. So happy to have a QUIET, smooth door with battery backup and best of all, a motion detector to turn on my garage light! Highly recommend Precision GD to anyone needing help with their garage door. I had called to have a technician sent out to my home to assist with servicing my garage door and resetting our current door openers. The technician shared that we needed a new motor and that our openers were too old to fix. In less than 5 minutes (arrival, inspection, and quote) we received a quote for a new door opener at $800. Needless to say, we paid the $50 fee for coming out. My husband was able to do some research online and found out how to reprogram our current door opener for free! Needless to say, I was not impressed with being quoted $800 and paying a $50 service fee for a job that could’ve been done in 5 minutes and required no new motor!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Precision Door. Paulino Mejia, the service technician took the time to explain to me why my garage door springs kept breaking and even though I ended up spending more than I initially had anticipated, I am happy that I went ahead with the repair he recommended. He was courteous, professional and fast! He replaced two springs, two pulley mechanisms, AND all the door track rollers in the time it took other companies we've hired in the past just to replace one spring. I couldn't believe how quickly he completed the job. And best of all, he was on time. Paulino arrived at the front edge of the service window and I wasn't sitting around wondering if anyone was going to show up. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to other homeowners who need to have garage door work completed.

I called late Tuesday afternoon and was able to have a technician out the next day. The process of scheduling was very smooth and was followed up with an email confirming the appointment time. Sheridan Abad was the Tech and he immediately confirmed we had a broken spring. He had to replace both springs and some bearings. I thought the overall price was a little steep. The quality of the work was excellent and was efficient. I had called the company who had installed the door and the soonest they could come was in a week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. This was not acceptable since we had to get into the garage and the only way in was through the broken door. I would recommend Precision for prompt quality service. The fact that Sheridan is a Rotarian made the experience even better.

We emailed about a new garage door we needed. I got a return call with in a half hour, the appointment was made for the rep to come out and quote us. He was on time, nice and knew what he was selling. My only issue was the wait for the new door about 2 months, but that is on me. I just wanted our new garage complete :). It was well worth the wait. We got the call that the door was ready for installation and the appointment was made. The service techs who installed our door were amazing. They installed the door and showed us the ins and outs. They cleaned up after themselves. We would have not know that they had been there if it wasn't for the new door. Which is exactly what we wanted. It is beautiful. I will recommend Precision to anyone who asks.
