Upon discovering our garage door spring had broken and hoping to get same day service, we found the ad for Precision online. Noticing their numerous 5 star reviews and diamond certified rating, we decided to call them. From our call to schedule an appointment, to the last minute of repair work, we could not have been more pleased with their service. We were able to get an appointment for later that afternoon, & received a call from technician Josh Kinder telling us what time he would be at our home. Upon arrival, he explained what needed to be done to fix our door. We chose to replace the spring on the other door as well, and replace plates, cables and drums to keep both doors working well for the future. Josh could not have been more professional and pleasant, and did a great job leaving the garage clean. We would highly recommend Precision to our family and friends.

Sheridan was the Technician that serviced my door which turned out to just need some lubrications. He was here about 20 minutes and solved the problem, however, I asked for a senior discount and he said he already gave me a discount on the service charge. I was told that fee would automatically be discounted if repairs were made. $224.00 seems excessive for the service.

Tim was my tech. He listened to my explanation of the issues I have with the garage door opener and then did an inspection of the garage door itself, including springs and bearings, the tracks and virtually everything else to determine the best course of action. After we discussed his findings and my concerns, I decided to replace the opener, springs and bearing and basically tune up my door. Tim did an outstanding job, letting me know what he was going to do and then making sure that all work was done precisely and completely. I could not be happier!

ou’re service guy that came to my place was awesome and honest. Your operator that picked the phone up was nice but I feel like I was lied to. I SPECIFICALY asked the price for a new opener ( the motor) as well as installation. I also asked how much it would cost to repair. I was TOLD $495 plus a discounted service call fee of $25. “ that’s it?” “ yes”. So for installation and repair of the door and the unit it’s $515 plus tax. Yea no. I spend over $515 for the repair and your tech told me it would be another $800 for a new unit and installation ( motor, drive rail, sensor eye and control). So in the end I went from expecting to spend just over $500 but in reality it would have cost me about $1400. I didn’t buy the new unit because of the “ missinfomation”. I would have had no problem spending that if I was originally quoted that. Thanks for the repair, he was good. Going to the next company for a replacement.
