Technician must have been having a bad day. He was quick but not very personable and just seemed like he wanted to get home. Door works fine now, but I will not call again.

Overall happy with the service. People on the phone were a little quick and think if I had called around I may have been able to save $25 or so. But they got the job done fixing my garage door quickly.

He explained everything to me when installing the spring installation and even fixed the tension on the garage door motor so it would run smoother when opening and closing the garage door.
