Trouble call made for service tech to address load vibration noise when closing garage door. James called with ETA which was within the four hour window. Spent 15-20 mins to realign one of the guide rails and the problem was fixed. Excellent customer service! Will do business again.

All the positive reviews and most all them are 5 stars. Can’t go wrong with a company that has that many 5-star reviews. Sheridan was the Precision Garage Door technician who performed the work on our door and he was awesome. He took the time to explain all related costs for the repairs and was very professional in his work and most important great customer service. (The Garage door owner tried to do his own repairs and he screwed it all up including breaking the motor beyond repair) Called Precision Garage Door and made an appointment for the next day. Services performed; Door Motor replacement, Door Spring, sensors and door hardware. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair work and the garage door works better than it did originally. Thank you Precision Garage Door. 5 Stars +

Paul called indicating about what time he would be at my home and said he would call again when he was on the road and how long it would take; which he did. The garage door needed better rollers which I authorized Paul to do. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I tested closing the garage door and am happy that it is now working properly.

I was truly astounded at how fast I was able to get my garage door opener replaced during Covid times! This was very distressing prior to finding Precision. My broken garage door opener was likely decades old and certainly pass the point of repair. There were no springs and the rollers were completely messed up and askew. The pushbutton opener on the wall was a disaster. Basically everything about my garage door opener except the rails had to be replaced. Since the garage is a place where we secure certain belongings in addition to cars, tools etc., the fact that we couldn’t close the garage door was a huge problem. Our technician was James Walker. He was very professional in addition to being cautious with social distancing. He showed up with a mask on and rang the doorbell then backed off the front porch and politely waited for me to open the door. The entire experience was very worthwhile. And now I have a fantastic garage door opener. It feels so good!

When the unexpected event of a broken garage door opener occurred, Paul came to the rescue in a fast and efficient way. Although it was late in the evening, he spent the time to do the install plus took the extra time to help me with the programming, etc. I highly recommend this company!!

Our garage door broke and we were told by one company we needed to replace the door. We called Precision and the door was repaired inexpensively. Today our other garage door came off its track and Precision came and educated us on the "eye beam" and the 10 clicks if it's an eye problem versus no clicks if the door is prevented from closing. I can't speak highly enough for the two representatives that we've had through Precision. They are our go to for our garage door problems in the future.

Called the office around 3 pm and discuss the need I needed on my garage. Ask for some details as well as SR discount/ AAA Are available and said yes. I was given the hours from 3:30 to 7:30 pm for the technician to come in. Jerry called at 6:15 advising me that he will be in 6:45 pm. He arrived 5 mins and we talk about Precision has to offer. He explained to all the benefits and he took his time. He made inspection on the garage door, springs and mentioned it was just replaced recently without me telling him. Jerry is very professional all the way until the installation is done. He reset all my remote controls and explained how the main garage door opener works. Lastly he said it is WiFi compatibly on my phone. Immediately I downloaded the app in no time I was up and running. The Technician did a fine job in repairing garage door...just a few of issues .....could not understand his English well... when I placed the service call i asked to be texted so I could meet him at the house...that did not happen...he showed up...started the work... my tenant texted me and said that the technician was here...I as not there for the conversation but the tenant told me that the Technician told her I am not waiting for the text back ..call him...she did..... bottom line everything worked out but the experience was little rough...These are crazy times now and everyone is on edge....I will use Precision in the future
