I placed a call to Precision for a service visit on Monday. I received confirmation a technician would arrive Tuesday between 4-6Pp. Paul B arrived at 4:30p. We discussed my garage door situation. Paul listened, and presented me with 3 options and associated quotes. I selected one and asked when we could start. Paul said immediately. He had with him on the truck all the parts needed for my job. He let me know when he expected to finish, kept me informed along the way, and completed all the work on time. The tech came to my house is for the money only. He came didn’t do anything I was complaining my GARADGE door not closing it open but cannot closed, all he does is stood by the censor and let me push the bottom on the wall and he said nothing wrong with it, so I ask him so your not gonna do anything I alredy told him that is not closing and he said I need a new GARADGE so basically he just came there to collect the money for him to come to my house, and try sell me a new GARADGE which skyrocket prices. He was gonna charge me almost 1,700 for just a new motor that you can buy at Home Depot for 240. Insane I wish I got his name as soon as I see him I just knew he no good, I use precision GARADGE before I have a good guy fix the problem without hesitate problem solve. But one employee that is not doing a good job will pull the business down.

My garage door spring broke and I was essentially trapped in my garage. This on a July 4th weekend. From the time I made my first call to repair completion, Precision Door Services customer service was top notch. Colin, who answered the call was professional and courteous. Travis, who came out to repair the door, was professional, friendly, and courteous. He called me ahead to let me know when to expect him and he was on time. He inspected the garage door, explained to me the repair process so I know what to expect, and left the work area clean. I will definitely call Precision for any future needs for my garage door.

I needed a new garage door opener. Precision gave me accurate price information on the phone and came out the next day to install one. My installation required a little more effort than "standard" which they handled without complaint (or extra charge). Gabiriel V and Joel J did a great job and were really helpful and personable.

Professional, Personable, Punctual, Proficient, Courteous. Couldn't be happier for an experienced Jerry Parker and his associate to fix my garage door opener this morning. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in explaining to me the problem and showed how he fixed it. Very transparent. He took the time and in simple language taught me how to maintain my garage door and answered all questions I had. He also diagnosed other preventative issues, though not a problem now, but will cause a problem later when it breaks. In order to prevent that, he told me exactly what to order and how to replace with the new parts. An excellent service by a great person. Thank you so very much for the help.

I Made the call at 8 pm , James and Matt showed up next day 8:30am , James called me 30 minutes before arrival. Our house was built back in 1999. Since then, we've replaced the motor (from chain drive to belt drive) and the spring back in 2014. Our garage door had a mishap where 2 of the wheels on the rail came off causing one side of the door to dangle. We had Precision's number saved just in case we ever needed help and we needed help yesterday. I called around 6:30am, waited a few minutes then a live person came on. She took our info and then gave us a window as to when to expect their technician and that the tech will contact me with his ETA. Tech called and said his ETA is 45 mins. Pablito showed up as expected, looked at the issue and gave his recommendation. All the wheels were worned out (which was expected due to age) needed replacement. I ended up replacing the wheels, pulleys, cable and spring. All in all, it took about an hour to replace all parts and properly aligned the door. Garage door is a lot quieter now. I as give a very reasonable price and 3 years warranty on the job. Great job Pablito and thank you Precision.

Your technician Sheridan was very instrumental and skillful in my delicate situation with my 2 years old opener, originally installed by Neighborhood Garage door service, which stoped service in CA state. His analyses were precise and right to the point, beter than blah, blah advises from system manufacturer Guardian from Texas. My problem was actually on my springs.
