Appreciate that they could come the same night. But think if I had called around and waited until the next day, I could have saved about $25 on the repair.

Rogers, Glad your door is working well. I agree with you, if you called 10 companies you may have found someone who would do a job for $25 less. However, I would question whether they use springs that are near the quality of our powder coated, oil tempered high cycle springs. Not sure they would give you a long term warranty like ours. Our garage door opener was making some funny noises every time we would go to use it. When we would press the button it would make a loud screeching sound! Glad we found Precision Door Services in our local yellow pages. Precision sent out a tech called hector. He was able to pinpoint why our garage door was making so much noise. He explained to use what he was going to do before and after! Great work our garage door sounds quitter then it did before! We would highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends!

I almost always have a good experience when I use Diamond Certified to pick a service and it worked again with Precision Door. Paulino came out the same day and was the ultimate professional.
