We are thrilled with our new unit. The tech really worked hard, and putting in a new motor wasn't easy. He was very patient when he had to show me how the new unit worked. Our only serious concern was that our door failed on a Sunday night, anon one could come out or even explain how to close the door to keep out trespassers.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but, here goes. We have had a couple different issues with our garage door. Both times Travis came out. He was on-time, professional, friendly, and explained everything so I could understand what he was doing, what my options were, and the cost of those different options. I will absolutely call them anytime I have a garage door issue and if I need to purchase anything new for the garage door. The technician (Travis) was a little late due to another time-consuming project before me, but ultimately he found the issue with the cables and drum, which needed to be repaired along with the rollers. Beware: I gave my credit card over the phone to the technician to pay for the service. A day after I got a fraud alert from my credit card company after 7 charges were made to my account unauthorized. I don't usually give my credit card over the phone but the situation was urgent and I needed to get replaced same day so I violate my rule. Credit card company will remove the charges however just want to give heads up to the consumers.

Precision Door had done work on wooden garage door 14 years ago. It needed some major TLC. Travis was great. He ended up replacing springs, rollers and installing a new garage door opener. Aligned the door tracks and tightened and lubricated the hinges. It opens much quieter and runs closes without a thud. He thoroughly explained needed and recommend repairs and let me decided what I wanted done on the call. Will definitely use them again only not wait 14 years for a door tune up.

This morning we had our old garage door opener assessed and ultimately replaced. Travis and his apprentice did a thorough job with evaluation of garage door as well as opener. As it turned out we needed new springs and rollers, as well as new cable. Additionally we opted to change out the existing opener to a new cable driven, video enabled, wifi model. Travis gave us various options to consider as well as pros and cons to each. The old system was removed, new springs and hardware installed, and the new opener programed. Total time was about 3 hours, as was initially communicated. This is the second time that I have used Precision Garage Door and we are completely satisfied with their timely response, on-time appointment and great attitude.

Travis was running late with the customer before me so he called to let me know the situation and then arrived when he said he would. I needed a lot of work on my garage door, new springs, new cables, a couple of new hinges, etc.. Travis explained everything and although the price was a surprise I had him do the work. Travis did an excellent job at repairing our garage door. I requested same-day service and he came out within two hours of the request. He assessed the problem, thoroughly communicated the problem, and recommended what exactly needed to be done. He informed me of the price to replace and repair the door. I opted for the repair as I wanted to keep the cost down. Travis installed brackets, plates, wires/cables, rollers, springs, and struts - I may be simplifying here because it was a little more involved than as I described. Overall, the issue was fixed and our garage door is as good as new and strongly reinforced! Travis is professional, prompt, proficient, and kind. I highly recommend Travis for your garage door issues. Five stars!
