great service: came the next day during the time slot, called me to say he's on the way. Quick but expert examination of the whole garage door assembly. Explained what should be repaired and why. James did a terrific job not only replaced the garage door springs, but inspected the bearings and rod and recommended replacements. Tightened the door hinge bolts and lubricated with silicone. Recommended to lubricate the hinges every six months with garage door silicone spray. A very professional efficient technician. Recommend using Precision.
