He went out of his way to help me close my heavy broken door after helping me get my car out, where it was stuck when the door broke. My wife and I selected a new metal rollup door with decorative windows, as well as a new opener with battery backup. We are looking forward to the installation.

Several years ago, I was in need of a new motor for the garage door. Precision came out the same day and replaced the motor, as well as worn rollers. This time around, I needed a spring and cables replaced. Alex was there about a half-hour after I phoned it in. After inspecting everything, he replaced the spring, cables, and both main bearings. The door is balanced now and is even slightly quieter. Alex offered some advice on inspections that I could do, plus looking for early warning signs of spring fatigue. If I need maintenance, or need to replace a garage door down the road, I wouldn’t call anyone else to do the job.

The best customer service. From the moment a technician was assigned, the technician gave us a call notifying he will be arriving in 20 mins. He promptly arrived, explained everything clearly and patiently answered my questions. He further explained the pros and cons of replacing vs fixing the motor. Coming home from shopping at 7:30PM, I heard a loud bang and discovered my garage door won't open. I called Precision Door Service at about 8 PM and was able to talk to a live person who was very pleasant and helpful, not an answering machine. He arranged a technician to come the following morning between 8:00 and Noon. At around 9:30AM, James W. was at my door to repair the garage door. He was professional, communicated his findings, made recommendations, and was very efficient and knowledgeable as he completed the work in a little over a hour.
