5 Stars. We ooked for someone who would be available ssoner than our prior service company, who was closed for next 5 days after our door opener failed. Picked Precision because of good ratings and reviews. Bought the" best" recommended service because the technician seemed competent, knowledgeable and honest. Malik was very pleasant and efficient. I couldn't ask for anything more. Don't know if or how much more I may have payed than someone else might have charged, and don't care because of the good expereince I had om this job.

He was a very nice guy and clearly very experienced in fixing garage doors. Our garage door has never sounded this good. Didn't know our garage door and opener could be this quiet! Thank you.

Finally got around to calling these guys to fix my garage door opener and I couldn't be happier. Brandon came out and even gave me a call before he arrived to walk me through some quick checks I could do in case it was a simple fix I could handle myself. Unluckily for me, it involved a new opener (which I was kind of expecting) but I was very fortunate because it only took an hour for Brandon to install a new one and it's working perfectly! Super friendly and professional, I will definitely recommend to others!

Absolutely fabulous experience! Tina in the front office was extremely pleasant and personable, Matt and Gustavo did a fabulous job of installation. The quality of the materials and the work was outstanding! I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of a garage door. I purchased a roll up steel, insulated garage door, a 3/4 hp belt drive opener with battery back-up, wireless remote keypad, two wireless remotes and an external vault lock all for just under $2,200 installed! Best buy I have made in years!
