The technician was professional, personable and explained with details what was available to solve my issue. He replaced the motor (new motor is silent) and completed the repair in no time at all. New springs and ten new rollers installed on time and as promised today (the next day after my phone call requesting service). The old springs were seven years old and had gotten too weak.
