Our garage door broke today. We were fortunate that Precision Door was available to help. Sheridan, our technician, was exceptional. He showed up for our appointment much earlier than anticipated. He explained the problem with the door and what he would need to do to repair it. He was very professional and honest about what we would need and not need. He did an amazing job. 5+stars. Paul was out today, just two hours after making a call for a repair. In fact, Paul called us to see if he could come out earlier than our scheduled time, which was great for us! Precision Door had their A-game on with regards to my experience. They were quick to call me back, twice as a matter of fact because Laura at the office had me scheduled with a rep to consider a new door, and pointed out that I had already booked another appointment with a tech who came out and helped me fix my issues. I did end up spending $625.00 to give the existing door a makeover, and it was money well spent b/c now I don't have to consider a new door. Tim the tech was great and easy to work with. Nothing but kudos to y'all for running a tight ship.

Tech was on time and explained what needed to be replaced. He was friendly and worked efficiently. The bill was a lot more than anticipated so he took time go over it item by item. Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, OSH, all give veterans 10% discount. While pleased with service next time will check around for lower pricing.

3 year old Garage door metal coils came unwound on saturday so garage door would not open or close. Called the Precision garage door number, was promptly answered by the attendant who gave me a same day apt time frame from 12:00 to 4:00pm and told me that Paul Brinkman would be attending to the broken garage door. He arrived an hour later and fixed the broken coils and pointed out other parts that may get damaged in the next few years, it wasn't precision doors that installed this actual garage door 3 years ago & pointed out that the original company used cheap parts for the door. I got a 90 day work and 1 year warranty for the parts they replaced. Prompt, same day service, fast and responsive and excellent customer service, and the garage door works great again! Thank you so much everyone at Precision garage doors and Paul Brinkman!

I would not recommend this company for the reason that they doubled the price when they worked on my garage door. I understand that I didn't have to agree with the quote that they presented. My plan was to get multiple quotes, but I was also desperate to get my garage door back in operation. After I got my invoice, I decided to research the prices on the parts listed on the invoice. For example, they charged me $699.00 for the Liftmaster 8550wlb opener which sold for $345.00 at Amazon. Not to mention the rest of the parts that they used which were also double priced.

I'd been having issues with my garage door not closing sometimes, finally was tired of dealing with it and called Precision Door on a Monday morning. That afternoon they sent out technician Paul B. and he was great!. He assessed everything, took his time explaining and showing me the issues that were most likely causing my problem. He quoted me 3 different options. I felt no pressure to hurry up and make a decision or about which option I choose. Once I made my decision I was very happy to learn he had everything he needed on his truck to complete the job. Within a few hours I had a garage door that closed & was working better than ever.
