We had our garage door break and needed a fast repair. We scheduled with Precision for 2 pm. Paulino calls us at 1 pm and asks if he could come early. He fixed the door and now it works fine. Good service all around.

The crew was timely and professional. However, to replace the springs, the Invoice was for $433.00. This seems excessive, when the material cost online is on the order of $120.00 (for a pair) so that leaves the labor at $313.00 for approximately 1 hours work. This was a one man job. The additional man was being trained.

I like to work with experienced people and am not a big fan of young kids working in my house but Ricky proved me wrong.
