My entire interaction with Precision Garage Doors was very professional, starting with the person who setup the appointment. The service technician Tim arrived on time, was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained clearly what needed to be done and more importantly, what is not needed. A clear quote was offered, he was able to give a discount (albeit small) and the job was done really well. I'd be happy to turn to Precision Garage Doors for any future needs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing Garage Door service or replacement.

I have been using Precision for years with my heavier than normal garage door. I am a difficult customer, I call them back and get feisty. They remain professional and maybe even are used to me after all these years, coming out in all kinds of weather and hours to service my annoying garage door. I never received a receipt for the 1st job done. I also need copy of Warranty and instruction to open the door when it's stuck. I needed to recharge my electric car but couldn't open the door. How do I open the door manually the next time it's stuck OR if we have a power outage. Just talked to the guy who fixed the door. He said labor charge is $89 and service call is $49.95. Shouldn't the service call fee be folded into the labor charge? Your fees are unreasonable and unfair! We are seniors on fixed income. Do not overcharge! Today's charge of $433.54 does not describe what was fixed.

bottom line the door got fixed! (broken spring) But the tech was very unhelpful, could not answer questions and tried to pad the bill with unwanted maint. Finally he was politely TOLD three times to PLEASE keep the gate shut, dogs. He disregared this. might look elsewhere next time!

You never know, but the whole experience was handled with precision. Prompt response, quick diagnosis, and repair addressed problems. Did not feel like repair was over sold. Danny Y. was professional, courteous and helpful. He gave me all the prices for repairing or replacing my 1985 garage door and explained the benefits of each approach. He went out of his way to help me close my heavy broken door after helping me get my car out, where it was stuck when the door broke. My wife and I selected a new metal rollup door with decorative windows, as well as a new opener with battery backup. We are looking forward to the installation.

Several years ago, I was in need of a new motor for the garage door. Precision came out the same day and replaced the motor, as well as worn rollers. This time around, I needed a spring and cables replaced. Alex was there about a half-hour after I phoned it in. After inspecting everything, he replaced the spring, cables, and both main bearings. The door is balanced now and is even slightly quieter. Alex offered some advice on inspections that I could do, plus looking for early warning signs of spring fatigue. If I need maintenance, or need to replace a garage door down the road, I wouldn’t call anyone else to do the job.
