Called the office around 3 pm and discuss the need I needed on my garage. Ask for some details as well as SR discount/ AAA Are available and said yes. I was given the hours from 3:30 to 7:30 pm for the technician to come in. Jerry called at 6:15 advising me that he will be in 6:45 pm. He arrived 5 mins and we talk about Precision has to offer. He explained to all the benefits and he took his time. He made inspection on the garage door, springs and mentioned it was just replaced recently without me telling him. Jerry is very professional all the way until the installation is done. He reset all my remote controls and explained how the main garage door opener works. Lastly he said it is WiFi compatibly on my phone. Immediately I downloaded the app in no time I was up and running. JERRY provided excellent service over all and I will refer Precision to all my friends and family. Thank you Jerry for your service and the company you work with. Mario was very pleasant. quotation was fast accurate for a new garage door lift mechanism. Without being asked; he kept the reacquired 6 ft. plus separation, sanitized everything he touched including all the new parts, remote controls etc. Very considerate. The Technician did a fine job in repairing garage door...just a few of issues .....could not understand his English well... when I placed the service call i asked to be texted so I could meet him at the house...that did not happen...he showed up...started the work... my tenant texted me and said that the technician was here...I as not there for the conversation but the tenant told me that the Technician told her I am not waiting for the text back ..call him...she did..... bottom line everything worked out but the experience was little rough...These are crazy times now and everyone is on edge....I will use Precision in the future

Our service tech was very courteous very hard working. He called me ahead of time and let me know he was on his way and even gave me an approximate time of arrival. We called late on a Friday because our garage door would not close and our regular garage door service provider could not come out. Precision responded to my call and scheduled service within a couple hours, calling ahead and arriving within the given time frame. The repair turned out to be much more complicated than originally estimated but Paul stayed within the estimate and stayed until almost midnight completing the project. Very professional and helpful--coaching my not-so-handy son on what he was doing and what to look for in the future. Precision is our new go-to provider!

As luck would have it, my garage door broke a spring on a Saturday. I was going out of town for a week the following day and needed it fixed that day. Of the local companies I called, none could help me same day and some did not answer the phone. I have seen Precision's add several times. I called them and explained the situation.
