Ok so wake up and my garage door won't open when I want to leave for work. Had never used Precision Garage Door before but they promise fast service. Woman on the phone sends this guy Brandon about 90 minutes later. He says no problem, has all the parts he needed on his truck. Less than an hour later I am on my way to work. Great service. The crew was timely and professional. However, to replace the springs, the Invoice was for $433.00. This seems excessive, when the material cost online is on the order of $120.00 (for a pair) so that leaves the labor at $313.00 for approximately 1 hours work. This was a one man job. The additional man was being trained.
