Paul Brinkman came out on a Saturday. It was afternoon on a very hot day and our garage door opener was not working! This would have left our double wide garage open waiting for repair. He was on time and pleasant to talk with. He explained what was broken and what was needed to get the door to move again. We were very happy with Paul's efficiency and enjoyed meeting him.

Outstanding service. Technician Travis Behn arrived really fast (15 minutes after call!). He was personable, knowledgeable and competent. Fixed my tricky problem (garage door was jammed cockeyed inside the opening), and refastened the hinge to the jamb. Works better than before it broke. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My garage door broke again. James came back and we discussed the condition of my aging door motor. I decided to get the new LiftMaster motor with a belt drive not chain. He did lots of work and repairs to the door all while training a new guy. I am so happy with it. It’s quite and even has a motion detector light to brighten my garage. I want James to come back every year to maintain it, he is the best!

I used Presision a while ago to have my garage remotes programmed and was very pleased withthe service. also chose Precision, because they are a Richmond company and family owned. I am very satisfied with the service received, the technician first evaluated what my need was, took time to develop a detailed description of what was needed to be done and provided a quote on what it would cost. Once discussed he started on the project. Completed it in about 2 hours, we did a demo. on how everthing operated and he pointed out everthing that was done. Excellent work. Very happy with the job. Job well done!

We were a bit concerned when we learned that Paul was not going to get to us until after the 6:00 p.m. end of our appointment time, but mainly because we thought he'd be pretty tired after a long day. NOT! He and his assistant arrived energized and ready to go. He looked at the problem, quoted us several options, we picked one and left him and his assistant to the job. In fairly short order, given what had to be done, he was finished. We tested the door's function together and it performed flawlessly (thus liberating the car that was trapped inside the garage!). Everything was done just as Precision stated on the website it would be. We are pleased customers!

I am very impressed with Precision. I had other people come to fix my garage door that would open sometimes. For 5 years I had to close it manually half the time. Frustrated, I googled the company that makes the garage door and explained that I wanted an expert to come over and check it out. The next morning, I received a call from a lovely woman at Precision. I explained my frustration and she sent a man named Travis to assess the door within a few hours. I was amazed at the prompt response. Travis arrived and did a complete evaluation of the door in about 10 minutes. Told me to bring up some light bulbs for the door. He then gave me an education about the mechanics of the door and how he fixed my sensors and how to maintain the door. He told me he went across the street at different angles the door works. I was sort of in disbelief. He showed me how to use the clicker properly also. Then, he had me put the AP in my phone and walked me through it which was extremely helpful. I don’t think I could of done it by myself the first time. My garage door opens with the clicker or my AP on my phone. Words cannot describe how much I appreciated Travis explaining to me the mechanisms of the door and how to troubleshoot it. This was a terrific experience with a professional.

Very bad service. The service person came and did little-to-no valid checking's in the existing system. He directly want to change a new one and asked me to pay around $1500. I wasted by paying $49 for no reason. Please don't call them if you have issue with garage door opener.

Garage door would not open, called Precision and got same day appointment. Technician Paul Brinkman arrived within the stated window, reviewed the problems, explained the alternatives and got to work. Door now operates well and work was completed within the time frame estimated. Service was excellent.

My call was answered promptly and a visit scheduled for the next day. Travis was just terrific. He explained the source of some issues with the opener and then proceeded to reset the device. My homes garage door and lift system was in need of repair, Paul Brinkman was the technician that arrived to repair and replace with new spring, cables, rollers and a new Liftmaster LED system.
