Last year we put a new door in our garage according to the employee we order special windows with a little starts beautiful door and we are very satisfied with the work so I ordered a new garage door for my daughter’s house this year with normal windows it is pretty door too but the different on price from last year to this year was a 1000.00 dlls more expensive and not a fancy like our door! But I really trust on this company excellent employees! Moises did the last door! I would recommend this company!!

I chose your company because you have a 7/24 service and I could speak to a live person. That's important to me. My emergency garage door opener was not working and the lock had to be replaced. Your employee, Travis, came and did a very good job. He was courteous, professional and pleasant. The lock was replaced and the work was done well and in good time. James W. came out as scheduled after a courtesy call saying on his way. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our garage door - broken spring and sheared bracket, gave us an estimate and immediately began work which he completed in about an hour. He was very friendly and professional. Door seems to be working very smoothly now. We will definitely us Precision again if we have any other issues. Just an FYI, we had another company come out and look at our door the previous day. They said it couldn't be repaired and we would need a new door. So glad we decided to get a second opinion with Precision.

I'll start off by stating that the service was excellent. Sheridan came on time and finished very quickly. Scheduling was o.k. (agent stated 4 - 8pm; email stated 9 -11am which was incorrect). Other than that the scheduling process was easy. I was taken aback by the cost of the parts! I do not mind paying double retail due to convenience and I understand the technician having to carry inventory on his truck but the cost of the parts was surprising.
