I chose Precision because there was an advertisement on TV that caught my eye. Then when i broke my door again, i thought of Paulino from Precision. He was fantastic the first time, soooo, I called made an appointment and I was lucky that Paulino was on the job again. Very professional and personable. Hi, I chose precision doors just because it was first on google and I had an emergency with my garage door breaking down. Mike came out and was extremely helpful with a positive attitude and had it back up and running quick. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. The springs and bracket had to be replaced and I'm happy I chose precision garage doors to help me out.

After eight years both springs on our garage door broke and needless to say we were stuck as both our cars were parked inside. We were lucky to get the same day appointment to fix the garage door. The young man (I think his name was Chad) who came to my home was great. He explained what was wrong with my garage door opener and fixed it. We were very pleased with the service. Our technician replaced two garage motors, springs, and rollers. He was professional, worked quickly, and had a great attitude. In addition, I was happy that I called on a Monday and had someone here on Thursday completing the work. He had everything on his truck that he needed to do the job. I didn't have to have two appointments, estimate and then work. He did them both at the same time. Excellent.

Service was exactly as mentioned over the phone. Old garage door opener needed replacing. The door opens now like butter. Before it opened noisy, had jamed up in places which we had to push the button to close and reopen. What a mess. Also, this company answers questions. No sells pitch. Five stars.
