I chose Precision door because they responded right away, however i am disappointed with their work. After spending $1000 to get the garage door fixed 2 weeks ago, it started making squealing noise within a week of repair. Now i have to spend additional $250 to get the noise fixed. They are pretty expensive(charging 3 or 4 time more than regular price).

HORRIBLE Customer service!!! They did not show up the committed time and did not notify me. They were scheduled to come between 12-4 pm and they did not show up until 530 pm. It's a day before Thanksgiving and ruined my plans because they're not reliable and respectable company. I do not recommend this company!

A very pleasant man named Travis came out to repair out door. He was knowledgeable, precise and did an exemplary job of explaining everything to us in terms we could understand. Joe called that he was in transit and would be arriving in 20 minutes. He was on time and very polite. He immediately went work examining the door to determine cause of failure. He gave me options on things that needed care. Rollers replaced. Lubrication done. He also informed me about maintenance. Reprogrammed door for lift stop. One of the springs broke and it was urgent to get it fixed to be able to use the garage and get the cars out. We called and within an hour Tony showed up. The service was great and he completed the work in a good manner, explaining all the technical details. However, we were shocked at the cost of the parts, we checked with family and friends who had similar work done and they were also shocked. I understand parts will be marked up, but for example when a part like Torsion Cable 7' high is charged at $300 when it only retails for in the range of 10 to 25 dollars, it does not feel right. Even though the service was great and I’m sure the quality of work was also good, next time I would look around for other quotes just due to the final cost I had to pay, feels way too high.

Precision is great! I called about an appointment in the morning and had a technician on site this afternoon! The main spring on our garage door broke so I needed some major repairs. Their technician, Sheridan Abad, was super friendly and professional and gave me 2 quotes. He explained both options in great detail without trying to push me towards the more expensive repairs. I was afraid he'd have to order parts and come back another day, but he had everything with him in his truck and was able to change my one spring to a 2-spring system within about 1 hour. At the same time, he changed all the wheels to better, quieter ones, greased everything and serviced the garage door motor. The door seems to run way more smoothly, is quieter and maybe even a little bit faster. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Precision.

Precision technician Mr. Sheridan Abad carefully parked his truck at spot for easy work access and not to block neighbors' driveway. He greet me with courtesy, inspected my garage door, wrote estimate right away and even gave me a good senior discount. They were referred by my neighbor so I was expecting the similar rate. He quickly finished the job earlier than his estimated time, explained the operations and newest technologies in it. It was a pleasant surprise that it's functions exceed my expectation.
