We were very pleased with the service. Our technician replaced two garage motors, springs, and rollers. He was professional, worked quickly, and had a great attitude. In addition, I was happy that I called on a Monday and had someone here on Thursday completing the work. He had everything on his truck that he needed to do the job. I didn't have to have two appointments, estimate and then work. He did them both at the same time. Excellent.

Service was exactly as mentioned over the phone. Old garage door opener needed replacing. The door opens now like butter. Before it opened noisy, had jamed up in places which we had to push the button to close and reopen. What a mess. Also, this company answers questions. No sells pitch. Five stars. We had a broken spring on our garage door. Frustrated with another company due to no return call, we tried Precision Door Service..Mind you it was late Sunday afternoon, got an appointment and our technician showed up early Sunday evening...James Walker was very professional, knowledgeable & skilled. He had the job done within an hour, made some great analysis & suggestions. He was very thorough and now the door works as good as new. He even had some suggestions for another minor problem with the glass inserts. We would work with this company again without hesitation.

James Walker, the service technician, came to replace the bottom, worn out weatherstripping from both of my garage doors. He cleaned up the bottom rails and installed the new strips as well as end caps on the strips, which had never been done initially by a different installation company. He pointed out several deficiencies in the operation of one of the doors that would impact its longevity and suggested a tune up. He worked diligently and now my door open and closes much quieter and fits tight up against the frame, which it didn't previously. He was courteous, efficient, and explained the workings of the door to me and my husband. I am so pleased to have found a garage door service company and technician committed to excellence. , and ask for James.
