Two days before moving, our garage door broke. Timing for this couldn't have been worse. We called Precision and within two hours the worlds friendliest technician showed up. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what he believed was the issue but also prepared us for the possibility for another reason for the breakdown. He went to work and was finished in no time. He was correct with the diagnosis and saved the day. Preparing for our move, we have had to deal with all sorts of repair work and updates to the home and James outshines all of the technicians we've dealt with. What an asset for your company! He cares about his customers and he definitely took the time to make sure we knew what work was performed and that we were satisfied. He has a great personality and as a representative in this customer-facing position guarantees that we will let friends, family and new neighbors know to call Precision. 5 stars for James!!

I found the Precision Garage door website and called expecting an appointment at some future date. I was given an appointment for the same day within a 2-hour window. James and Ron came out and explained that a new garage door was not needed, but that the one we had needed new hardware. They thoroughly explained everything and completed the job efficiently. They were very patient with my 86 year old mother. I give Precision Garage Door 5 Stars.

OK, so I had never used Precision Garage Door before but know they enjoy a good reputation as being dependable, professional and fair pricing, so I called them. Malek the technician was excellent.
