The Technician did a fine job in repairing garage door...just a few of issues .....could not understand his English well... when I placed the service call i asked to be texted so I could meet him at the house...that did not happen...he showed up...started the work... my tenant texted me and said that the technician was here...I as not there for the conversation but the tenant told me that the Technician told her I am not waiting for the text back ..call him...she did..... bottom line everything worked out but the experience was little rough...These are crazy times now and everyone is on edge....I will use Precision in the future

Pat, I would like to thank you and your team for a job well done, Larry came out to measure, Tina is awesome, she runs the front office like command central. Which is what you need in this business. We had a problem, Tina got on the phone and took care of it on the spot. And the Installer! I forgot his name, so sorry! He called, he came, he did a perfect job. Your advertisement of being able to fix it in one day impressed me. As for today, the repairman was on time and very professional and fixed it quite quickly. Not happy about the price, but not much I can do about that.

Although the first garage door was incorrectly measured the service was excellent. I would have given 5 stars except the fact I had to wait 6 more weeks for my garage door.

My garage door opener was not working so I called Precision and they came right over. This is great! But......I was told that I needed new springs and rollers so after thinking I was going to spend $50 or so on an opener, I ended up spending $1100!! James, the Tech was amazing and fixed my door in no time. He said that he did not fix prices but OMG. With earthquakes and fires this year, I need a door that works but the prices were very high.Thank you James for great service.

Made a same day appointment with Precision to install torsion springs to replace extension springs, and to install a Liftmaster 8500 opener. Technician Gabriel called ahead, arrived early and was.very pleasant. I told him what I wanted to have done. He worked up an estimate. The only issue I have with Precision is the VERY high price I was charged for the opener. More than double what I could have paid online. I don't mind Precision making a reasonable profit, but MAN!. I almost did not have this part of the work done because of this price, and was doing to just have Gabriel do the spring replacement, which I can't easily do. But I would have had to install the opener myself, (which I have done in the past--not difficult), but since Gabriel was there and had everything needed to do the job, I went ahead and had the whole thing done. He did a great job, set everything up, showed me how it worked, and cleaned up. Great representative of your company. Mostly a great experience. I am only mildly bitter at the price I paid for the unit, hence the 4 stars. I will get over it eventually. But MAN!

Quick response (I called at 7 a.m.; got 8 to noon window and tech arrived about 10:40). Mario diagnosed a failed door opener-- he even unplugged to re-set before proceeding. I was told online your service call could be applied to purchases; initially he offered half off the service call but did take off the whole amount (I believe I was told during initial call this would be the case). Nice guy -- quiet, polite and worked fast. I should have offered him a wet rag to clean his hands though-- its hard to want to shake when they're dirty! You replaced our door springs in April 2017; nothing personal, but I hope I don't have to see you again soon!

My springs started making funny noises one day and then it just snapped! We called Precision Door Services and found out that our springs had to be replaced. They sent out Aramis and he was great. He was able to replace my springs in no time and get out garage door working again.

Our garage door opener was making some funny noises every time we would go to use it. When we would press the button it would make a loud screeching sound! Glad we found Precision Door Services in our local yellow pages. Precision sent out a tech called hector. He was able to pinpoint why our garage door was making so much noise. He explained to use what he was going to do before and after! Great work our garage door sounds quitter then it did before! We would highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends!
