5 Stars. We ooked for someone who would be available ssoner than our prior service company, who was closed for next 5 days after our door opener failed. Picked Precision because of good ratings and reviews. Bought the" best" recommended service because the technician seemed competent, knowledgeable and honest. Malik was very pleasant and efficient. I couldn't ask for anything more. Don't know if or how much more I may have payed than someone else might have charged, and don't care because of the good expereince I had om this job.

Responsive service and same day. I called at 4pm as my garage door came off track.The technician come out at 8pm although he was one hour late. He was able to get the door working again at a reasonable cost.
