I really liked that. He calls me ahead like they said he would and was here at 4:10. I like that. Gave me a full explanation of what needed, why and the warranty. Worked fast and clean. Called Precision Garage Door eventhough we had never used them before because of all the good reviews on Google, Home Advisor and their website and their guarantee to answer the phone and give same day service. We really appreciated Malek coming so fast. He explained they have technicians in trucks all around Alameda and Contra Costa counties so somebody is almost always close.
