Patrick came out to my house right on time. After looking at the garage door, he was thorough in his explanation of what the issues were and how he would repair them. Precision installed my garage door and opener 4 years ago. I have had a few problems with it, however, I do credit the service given to me for repairs. Our technician was Patrick Leahy and he was great. He did a thorough inspection. The unit couldn't be repaired so he provided the band-aid solution and also the option to replace the unit, springs, cables and rollers. He explained everything so well we were completely comfortable doing the complete job, which he finished in under 3 hours, then spent at least 45 minutes explaining all the repairs, how to use and program the opener, and how to keep everything in top condition in between routine service appointments. I wish Precision serviced the foothills where we have a cabin, as I need similar work there. All in all, we are very pleased.

The thing I liked best was a less than 1 minute wait time on the phone before getting through. Then the appointment was next day, the fellow showed up within the window, and fixed the problem for a reasonable price right then and there. He even had a second opener to replace one that I've lost.

Patrick Leahy was great. Quickly looked at all the moving parts of my garage door and determined there was more than 1 problem with my 22 year old door and opener. He explained everything and showed me the problems. Within 3 hours he replaced the opener, the coils and the springs and fully lubricated the rails and hinges. His trainee Raoul was really good too. Super impressed with both of them. They were very friendly and patient as I asked several questions while they were here. I am so happy with my door now, way less noisy and really smooth as it goes up and down. I also really like that Precision answered their phone late on Friday night of Christmas weekend and the techs came first thing Monday morning. Strongly recommend Patrick and Raoul and Precision.

Patrick from Precision came out to my house the same day I phoned the office. I didn't have an emergency, but I knew my garage door was warning me to get serviced or to be sorry. Patrick went through all of the components with me, was knowledgeable and professional, and walked me through how to use and program the new motor/keypads/etc. Replacing the motor, the wheels, the springs, cables, weather stripping, etc. is not cheap, but I now have peace of mind that my door won't randomly open in the middle of the day or crash and break something. Patrick was cool and focused and did a great job. Thank you, Patrick!
