I found the Precision Garage door website and called expecting an appointment at some future date. I was given an appointment for the same day within a 2-hour window. James and Ron came out and explained that a new garage door was not needed, but that the one we had needed new hardware. They thoroughly explained everything and completed the job efficiently. Precision was recommended by my contractor who has used them many times. I too would recommend them. Everything was excellent except the installer could have done a better job of cleaning up after his work. Overall a good experience.
