I was happy that you guys came out on a weekend and the technician did a great job. Other than that I wasn't too happy. The quote I got over the phone vs. the actual cost was more than double. You forgot to mention $89.00 flat service fee on top of $175 for each door spring. I paid $469.00...that was crazy high. I had the option to refuse the service but would have been charged $49.00 without getting my spring fixed. Secondly, our appt was from 8am to 12. The technician showed up at 1pm. I've replaced my springs before and I paid $158.00. I should have waited till Monday.

My initial call was handled quickly and a time provided for a technician to look at my problem. The technician arrived on time at about 4PM on a Saturday afternoon. His name was James and he did a remarkable job in about 1.5 hours of rebuilding springs and bearings and getting the door operating better than before. Additionally he delineated some improvements that would get it working even better in the future which I will likely do.

Called late Saturday night when a spring broke on our garage door. Had it fixed Monday morning in about an hour. Good as new. Appreciate somebody answering the phone late on Saturday to confirm an appointment. Liked the fact the tech called to give a specific time so I didn't have to sit around the entire 4 hour window. The spring that broke was only 3.5 years old and it was replaced without cost despite technically being out of warranty. Certainly liked the skill and professional work performed.

Great service and very knowledgeable technicians. When my tech arrived , he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and provided the most cost effective solution to fix my garage door. He was courteous and friendly and competed the repair work within 30 mins and made sure all systems were performing optimally before he left. There were some scheduling confusion at their end but they sure made up for it in the most professional manner one could expect . Will definitely do business with them in the future.

I damaged my old garage door when it hit a box that was in its path, preventing the door from closing evenly. The additional stress on the components resulted in breaking the springs. Joshua did a thorough review of the situation, asked question about how the door was performing, and showed me the wear on parts he recommended replacing. The existing garage door, renovated with some new components, is so quiet I have to look at it to reassure myself it is moving. I had no idea a garage door did not have to wobble and creak!

I went with Precision after learning that it was a family business and had biographies of their technicians. New springs and ten new rollers installed on time and as promised today (the next day after my phone call requesting service). The old springs were seven years old and had gotten too weak. The old rollers were worn and did not roll that well. We have used Precision Door for some years and plan to continue to do so. The Service Technician was Great.
