Garage door would close then pop open. I called around 11:00 and Hani came by around 12:00. He clearly explained several options and I chose to buy a new garage door opener and have the rickety door repaired. So far the door is working flawlessly. Very smooth and quiet. Perfect job and work area is clean. I'm very happy. Hani is well mannered, explained my options very clearly and did an excellent job. Also happy to get prompt service. Never imagined I could have something unplanned completed in a few hours. Will definitely recommend Hani and your company. 5 stars all the way

Ricky at Precision was great. I needed new springs and rollers to support a very heavy wood door, and now my door is running better than it ever has! What was especially awesome is when I called to make the appointment, they found out my car was stuck in garage because I couldn't get the door open and I needed to get my son from school, they literally sent someone over right away to fix it. Great customer service!

The tech was courteous; however, the price to make a few adjustments for a job that he said would take 25 mins was way overpriced at $250. I ended up paying $49.99 just for a 5 min inspection.

Even so since it sounds like our technician did not do a good enough job explaining what needed to be done and why, I am happy to refund you the $49.95 service fee.
