Our house was built back in 1999. Since then, we've replaced the motor (from chain drive to belt drive) and the spring back in 2014. Our garage door had a mishap where 2 of the wheels on the rail came off causing one side of the door to dangle. We had Precision's number saved just in case we ever needed help and we needed help yesterday. I called around 6:30am, waited a few minutes then a live person came on. She took our info and then gave us a window as to when to expect their technician and that the tech will contact me with his ETA. Tech called and said his ETA is 45 mins. Pablito showed up as expected, looked at the issue and gave his recommendation. All the wheels were worned out (which was expected due to age) needed replacement. I ended up replacing the wheels, pulleys, cable and spring. All in all, it took about an hour to replace all parts and properly aligned the door. Garage door is a lot quieter now. I as give a very reasonable price and 3 years warranty on the job. Great job Pablito and thank you Precision.

Your technician Sheridan was very instrumental and skillful in my delicate situation with my 2 years old opener, originally installed by Neighborhood Garage door service, which stoped service in CA state. His analyses were precise and right to the point, beter than blah, blah advises from system manufacturer Guardian from Texas. My problem was actually on my springs.

Precision put in a new garage door at my home three years ago. For the second time, a roller on one side got off the track. James was the representative who came to make the repair. He was prompt, courteous and helpful in explaining what had occurred and what he had done to remedy the problem. Noting that the issue should have been corrected on the first service call more than a year earlier, he did not charge me for the repair. (As field manager, he is empowered to make this decision.) I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things right without further expense to me. Good service can be difficult to come by; I was happy to phone the office to pass along a commendation as well as to write this review. As a customer, the experience definitely inspires me to refer the company to friends and family.

First of all I want to thank the lady that I talked to on Friday evening. I did not get her name but she was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She was able to schedule an appointment the next day for me. Travis Behn was very professional and friendly and of course knowledgeable in explaining to me what the problem was! Very courteous and understanding to the situation that I was in. I explained to him what happened and he fixed it and also offered to service my garage! Frist time using Precision. I have to say they live up to what we have all seen in there commercials. Arrived within the time frame they said they would. Did the full door inspection gave me best case worst case (had a broken spring) came in in the middle. Tech was very friendly explained what the process was and did the work. I will use them anytime I have a garage door issue in the future.

I decided on using Precision Door Service after seeing several TV commercials about their business, and I'm certainly glad I did. James Walker was our technician and he was prompt and did the work much faster than I thought it would take! Our door needed springs, cable and end bearing plates. A tad pricey, but as long as the door works perfectly fine and their work is guaranteed, it's a small price to pay. We had the same door serviced years ago (2014) and literally within 4-5 months it was inoperable again. I wasn't going to call that same company back. We are very pleased with the work done by James!!

It was a bummer that the spring on my garage door broke and the opener then pulled away from the door when it tried to raise the door. The door is very heavy and I had to get my grandson who lives with us to help me get the door open, so we could get our vehicles out. A friend tried to fix the door, the next day, but that was not going so well. I called Precision because a neighbor recommended them. They took only a few hours to show up and the tech was very knowledgeable. He put on some new springs that were longer and more powerful and upgraded most of the hardware that needed to be replaced. James was very speedy and knew what he was doing. He lubricated the screw mechanism which made it more quieter. I am very happy with the repair and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. This is my first experience with the company and I was a little surprised how smoothly it went. James D. Walker was my tech. Try to ask for him. He knows how to fix garage doors. It is better than when it was new. He took about one hour to do the repair. Stay Safe

Travis B of Precision Garage Doors gave a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arriving, and he arrived at the time he was scheduled to do so. He was very courteous, professional and performed a complete system check of the door, tracks and opener. He replaced a broken spring and had the door operational in little over an hour. Great customer service starting with the calls to the office to schedule the appointment up to the service repair by Travis. A definite 5 star company and staff!
