Very disappointed. The technician came out to do a door tuneup and did a 2 minute "25 point inspection" and quoted $1600 repair bill. I opted out of doing this "repair" only to have the door not work because the technician forgot to reconnect the door to the motor. If you can't reconnect the door after a simple inspection how can I trust the quality of your work?

I chose Precision from ads in the Yellow Pages. The ad reflected the service I was looking for. The service tech that did the necessary repairs was very knowledgeable and explained features that I didn't realize the system performed. I am a licensed S.E. S1862 and would like to propose a bolt though the wall as opposed to current failed lag attachment of spring. Garage never used for vehicles. Will buy new garage door when sell in 1 yr. A more experienced person could probably do this. Happy to sign a hold harmless document. We had a broken spring. The technician replaced both springs and recommended replacing bearings and rollers. Guillermo was prompt, knowledgeable a d courteous. He gave me 2 options for repair. Highly recommend this company!

Wasn’t impressed with Precision Garage service: upswell you unnecessary fees. Only needed one spring - they said I should have 2 (one on right, one on left) - went with one; he said I need 3 brackets to hold/pull up door - one bracket on each side lasted 10+ years n should last another 10+ years. Next time I will not go with big company - will use smaller company. On top of that they charge a $60 service come out fee - ridiculous. Go with smaller company to get your garage door fixed.

We had the best experience with Sheridan from Precision on Saturday! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our garage door is 26 years old and he was able to replace many parts - springs, coils, cables, etc. in 2 hours and arrived 2 hours after my initial call for help. I HIGHLY recommend Sheridan Abad and Precision Garage Door Service!

I called around noon, and was given a time between 2 and 6. Ersell called and let us know when he would be here. He arrived when he said he would and got right to the issue we were having with out garage door opener. It turned out our opener was not fixable. Ersell was able to get us set up with a new opener and had it installed in about 90 mnutes. He was great to explain the new system and we were happy to get it done so quickly and without any issues.We appreciate the work Ersell did for us, so efficient, personable and professional. Thanks!

Lorenzo was fantastic!!! I expected to need a new opener and top panel for our garage door. Lorenzo fixed the opener and put a bracket on the panel that was breaking. He could have charged us a lot more but he did what needed to be done and didn’t charge us for unnecessary equipment. I appreciate a company that doesn’t gouge you because I don’t know any better. I will always use this company and want to give a BIG kudos to Lorenzo. He was curtious and prompt. Highly recommended

Though I am satisfied with the work, the charges were outrageous. I trusted Percision to fairly charge for the parts but after getting the work done and doing the research, the charges were 10x more for some parts replaced. As an example, you can buy garage door rollers from Amazon or Home Depot for ~$30 for a pack of 10 and Precision charges were $311. I now wish, I should have not requested to change the rollers and done it myself which would have saved a lot of dollars.
