I chose Precision because the previous company I used didn't have time and I needed it done now. Everyone at Precision ( picked from the Yellow Pages) because I really liked their ad and when I called they were very friendly and accommodating. So glad I made that choice because everything was doe to perfection I purchased whatever it took to complete the job.

Precision put in a new garage door at my home three years ago. For the second time, a roller on one side got off the track. James was the representative who came to make the repair. He was prompt, courteous and helpful in explaining what had occurred and what he had done to remedy the problem. Noting that the issue should have been corrected on the first service call more than a year earlier, he did not charge me for the repair. (As field manager, he is empowered to make this decision.) I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things right without further expense to me. Good service can be difficult to come by; I was happy to phone the office to pass along a commendation as well as to write this review. As a customer, the experience definitely inspires me to refer the company to friends and family.

First of all I want to thank the lady that I talked to on Friday evening. I did not get her name but she was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She was able to schedule an appointment the next day for me. Travis Behn was very professional and friendly and of course knowledgeable in explaining to me what the problem was! Very courteous and understanding to the situation that I was in. I explained to him what happened and he fixed it and also offered to service my garage! He replaces the rolls and did the lubricants on all hinges. It was quick and fast and he did a very good job. I thank him for the very good and efficient way he handled the job. Frist time using Precision. I have to say they live up to what we have all seen in there commercials. Arrived within the time frame they said they would. Did the full door inspection gave me best case worst case (had a broken spring) came in in the middle. Tech was very friendly explained what the process was and did the work. I will use them anytime I have a garage door issue in the future.

I decided on using Precision Door Service after seeing several TV commercials about their business, and I'm certainly glad I did. James Walker was our technician and he was prompt and did the work much faster than I thought it would take! Our door needed springs, cable and end bearing plates. A tad pricey, but as long as the door works perfectly fine and their work is guaranteed, it's a small price to pay. We had the same door serviced years ago (2014) and literally within 4-5 months it was inoperable again. I wasn't going to call that same company back. We are very pleased with the work done by James!!

It was a bummer that the spring on my garage door broke and the opener then pulled away from the door when it tried to raise the door. The door is very heavy and I had to get my grandson who lives with us to help me get the door open, so we could get our vehicles out. A friend tried to fix the door, the next day, but that was not going so well. I called Precision because a neighbor recommended them. They took only a few hours to show up and the tech was very knowledgeable. He put on some new springs that were longer and more powerful and upgraded most of the hardware that needed to be replaced. James was very speedy and knew what he was doing. He lubricated the screw mechanism which made it more quieter. I am very happy with the repair and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. This is my first experience with the company and I was a little surprised how smoothly it went. James D. Walker was my tech. Try to ask for him. He knows how to fix garage doors. It is better than when it was new. He took about one hour to do the repair. Stay Safe

Travis B of Precision Garage Doors gave a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arriving, and he arrived at the time he was scheduled to do so. He was very courteous, professional and performed a complete system check of the door, tracks and opener. He replaced a broken spring and had the door operational in little over an hour. Great customer service starting with the calls to the office to schedule the appointment up to the service repair by Travis. A definite 5 star company and staff!
