Beware: I gave my credit card over the phone to the technician to pay for the service. A day after I got a fraud alert from my credit card company after 7 charges were made to my account unauthorized. I don't usually give my credit card over the phone but the situation was urgent and I needed to get replaced same day so I violate my rule. Credit card company will remove the charges however just want to give heads up to the consumers.

My garage door wouldn't open and the company that installed it couldn't come out till the next week! I called your company and you sent Gavin out the same day. I used Precision for my mother in laws home more than 14 years ago for a broken torsion spring. I believe it was still a young company at the time but I was not disappointed. Recently my house garage spring broke and I called Precision again and the receptionist on the phone was polite and professional and I had a technician come in the same day to fix my garage door. I had all torsion springs replaced and new garage openers with new rails installed by technician Carlos Yow, who was courteous, polite, professional and thorough in his work and his explanations of any questions or concerns. An employee such as Carlos for a company really adds value to the customer and no doubly for a company’s image. Good job Carlos and Precession!

We needed the bottom of our garage door sealed. Carlos came out promptly and took care of our concern. Carlos arrived in a timely matter and presented himself very professional. Precision Door had done work on wooden garage door 14 years ago. It needed some major TLC. Travis was great. He ended up replacing springs, rollers and installing a new garage door opener. Aligned the door tracks and tightened and lubricated the hinges. It opens much quieter and runs closes without a thud. He thoroughly explained needed and recommend repairs and let me decided what I wanted done on the call. Will definitely use them again only not wait 14 years for a door tune up.

I was going to leave for work this morning when the garage door wouldn't close. I found Precision on Yelp. It's the first one listed on Yelp and it got great reviews. I called to see if they could send someone over immediately. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. She scheduled a technician to arrive between 10 AM and 2 PM. Then, I got a call from the technician Antonio Mendoza to introduce himself, ask some questions about the problem with the garage door, and to let me know that he will arrive within 30 minutes. He was super polite and professional. He showed up on time, did his inspection, walked me through the problems, and proceeded to fix them once I signed on the dotted lines. Hardworking guy, worked through his lunch hour. I am super happy with his work. Great job, Antonio!

I called Precision Garage due to a broken spring on my rollup door. They made an appointment for the next day ( I indicated it was not an emergency). The technician (Ersell Williams) called 30 minutes before he arrived. I was given three options for repair which was very helpful. Sheridan replaced a garage door motor for us in 2019 and he came to the rescue again with a repair to a damaged door. Only about five hours elapsed between my initial phone call and the completed project. I am having my house painted and the painters power washed my garage door. Suddenly the door would not open unless I used the remote clicker. I checked the circuit breakers, I got out the ladder and wiggled the wires and cords up on top of the unit and then Ersell Williams from Precision arrived. Polite, on time, calm and amiable. We closed our garage door late in the afternoon of August 8, 2022 and there was a loud bang. We saw the spring across the top had broken. The garage door is original, 30 years old, and hadn’t been repaired in 8 years. Since it had been so long I looked online and happened on Precision Garage Door Repair. A well-designed and easy to understand website, a local office, excellent reviews and ratings, Diamond Certified, and a surprise and very important feature – 24-hour live phone operator. I was able to make an appointment that evening for the next morning, August 9, 2022. Sheridan Abad, the tech, called prior to arrival, arrived within the indicated time frame and was prepared with a basic understanding of the problem and all the tools and supplies required. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations to fix what was broken and also to address safety issues and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. We did not feel pressured to have any unnecessary work done but felt confident that what was recommended was required. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and within the estimated timeframe. Sheridan pointed out all the new parts and repairs and demonstrated how much easier the door was to operate manually and how much quieter it was. Cleanup was quick and thorough. I feel very fortunate that I just “happened” on the Precision Garage Door Repair website and especially fortunate that Sheridan Abad was our tech. As a trainer as well as a technician I feel he is an expert, but I also feel confident that any tech who provided service would have been qualified and competent. They seem to have it down to a science: every aspect of the repair from the initial phone call to the demonstration of the finished product was well done and made very easy for the customer. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly, everything communicated to us was easy to understand and accurate, and the service truck and equipment were well-maintained. I contacted Precision on the recommendation of my neighbor. I was absolutely pleased w the professionalism, evaluation skills and complete repair of the door problem by the technician, Eresell Williams. so much so that I called the office after Mr.Williams had finished and asked 'Tanner' about a door- lubrication service. When Tanner began the appointment set-up I told him I will only go ahead w this service if Mr. Williams would b the technician doing the service.
