I give a five star rating, I called Precision because the ad said a live operator would answer 24/7, that evenings and weekends at no extra charge and gave same day service. The person that answered the phone was great, very nice, helpful and able to get someone out to me within hours. I came home and my garage door opened but would not close and I had to close it manually. When I tried to open it again it just made a noise and would not open. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were able to come out within a few hours. It turned out that it was a simple fix. Cory, my repair person was great, very helpful, and nice, he also pointed out how to fix the problem if it happens again and he got the button on the wall that opens the garage door to work. Cory gave me a sticker with the company name and phone number and I will diffidently call when I have a problem again as I know my Genie will need to be replaced or will have another problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Cory is the greatest.

In the middle of having our carpet replaced, with all the carpet being cut in the garage, the door broke. I called precision based on reviews on Yelp and their promise of same day service. When I explained that our flooring contractors couldn't access the garage easily, Paulino showed up within an hour. He opened the garage properly so the flooring contractors had easy access and repaired the door within an hour.

The technician(Sean) arrived earlier than expected. I was given a 4 hour window and expected to wait the duration. Fortunately he was able to finish up his previous assingment and get to my house. Watching him perform his craft I could see why he was able to get to me so quickly. He did his inspection and informed me of what his recommendation for repair was and went right to work. He set up his work station, tools and needed parts for repair and did his job. No waste of time or effort and I could tell he had been fortunate to have someone give him excellent training. No hard sell just action for what needed addressed. Advertising is misleading at times so basically I read your reviews and went with your company based on those. A good choice. My son in law was here during the job and was impressed with Sean's professionalism and dedication to doing the job right. When an employee speaks well of his employer it is something that should not be taken lightly. If all of your employees feel as he does about working for you, the those are the kinds of people I want to do business with. Thank you for a job well done. Sean showed up early (phone ahead to confirm/approve) and had the springs changed out (upgraded) and oiled up all the mechanicals, and out the door in 45 mins.
