Garage door would close then pop open. I called around 11:00 and Hani came by around 12:00. He clearly explained several options and I chose to buy a new garage door opener and have the rickety door repaired. So far the door is working flawlessly. Very smooth and quiet. Perfect job and work area is clean. I'm very happy. Hani is well mannered, explained my options very clearly and did an excellent job. Also happy to get prompt service. Ricky at Precision was great. I needed new springs and rollers to support a very heavy wood door, and now my door is running better than it ever has! What was especially awesome is when I called to make the appointment, they found out my car was stuck in garage because I couldn't get the door open and I needed to get my son from school, they literally sent someone over right away to fix it.
