It feels like this company is practicing the price grabbing or bait/switch. When I called, the office person only informed the service charge of 69.95. When the technician came, there was a minimal labor cost of 89.95 in addition to the service charge. I called the office and only got pushed back saying the office does not know the labor cost and it will ONLY be determined by the technician. Surprising, surprising....

I have had the pleasure of having Sheridan come out and work on my garage door as such I specifically requested he come out for another visit as a few of the bracket screws were stripped. Upon his arrival he quickly looked at the door and noticed right away there was a cracked on one of the door panels. He mentioned that if this was repaired, it would eventually result in a full door replacement. He made quickly made the repair. Once again, the service Sheridan provided was top notch. This morning went to open my garage door notice it open about a 2 feet stopped and closed with a error code. I notice one spring had broken and I quickly called Precision doors, since I used them in the past to align my garage door. They came out in about 2 hours and installed new springs and rolls in about a hour. I am very happy with the response and service.

I called and was given a window of 4pm-8pm. I got a call at 3:30 that they were on the way. Sheridan took the time to look over the garage door and explained the reason for the amount and exactly what needed to be done. He was very experienced and able to complete the job in the time he estimated it would take. I am very satisfied with the explanation of the work and reasoning for replacing parts. I have used Precision in the past and will in the future.

So disappointed in this place. I got a quote from 3 people and precision garage doors wanted to charge double than the others and said things needed to be replaced when the others said it was working perfectly fine. My experience with the Precision team was amazing from the initial phone call through to the completed repair. The gal who answered the phone on Sunday was exceptionally pleasant and courteous, letting me know when to expect a phone call from the technician.
