We called Precision Garage Door on Sunday and mentioned Sheridan Abad because of the nice work he did for us in 2022. Sheridan was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 AM and 02:00 PM on Sunday, February 4, 2024. He called, as promised, 20 minutes before arriving at 11:30 AM, replaced our garage door opener and left before 1:00 PM. Sheridan was punctual, knowledgeable, hard-working, pleasant, and answered our questions. We strongly recommend Precision Garage Door and Sheridan Abad to anyone in need of work on their garage door, or opener.

Sheridan did a very professional review of our garage door problems, demonstrated our problems, provided an estimate of our cost right on the spot. Once we approved the estimate, they (Sheridan and Trainee) started work immediately, worked very efficiently, and finished repair of two doors within 1.5 hours. I had work done on my garage six years ago and when starting to have issues called them to come out. My message was responded to quickly and an appointment was set up. Sheridan Abad was my servicer and he was very professional, called before arriving, arrived within the time given, then explained everything and even had information about the work done previously. We decided to install a new door opener (the last one was installed in 1996) and we are so pleased. Service Tech, Tried to HARD SALE ME on $2,300.00 repairs. Replace current spring assembly with a center spring assembly, rollers and lift cables! I had one broken spring, and one broken cable! I’m sure replacing two springs and two lift cables will do the trick. Have their competitors scheduled for Monday. They need to change their slogan to: “A Name You CAN’T TRUST.” I know they’re really duping a lot of customers out there! I never write reviews, however I just needed to put this out there…

Precison garage door showed up at my house within an hour after i called them. I think that the doors worked as well or better than when they were new. They had all of the parts on their truck. I will probably get 2 new motors soon but i wanted the doors fixed first. They even had parts for strengthening my old door. I was very impressed. They did not just replace the broker part and leave. They made my doors like new doors.

My experience with the Precision team was amazing from the initial phone call through to the completed repair. The gal who answered the phone on Sunday was exceptionally pleasant and courteous, letting me know when to expect a phone call from the technician. True to her word, Sheridan called me shortly thereafter and gave me his estimated ETA. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in his explanation. The repair was completed promptly and we tested afterward. I would absolutely recommend Precision for all future needs.
