Hi, my name is Paulino. I am originally from El Salvador, but have called the Bay Area home for many years now. I truly enjoy my role as a Certified Senior Technician and Custom Door Installer for Precision Garage Door. Technician must have been having a bad day. He was quick but not very personable and just seemed like he wanted to get home. Door works fine now, but I will not call again.

Overall happy with the service. People on the phone were a little quick and think if I had called around I may have been able to save $25 or so. But they got the job done fixing my garage door quickly.
