ou’re service guy that came to my place was awesome and honest. Your operator that picked the phone up was nice but I feel like I was lied to. I SPECIFICALY asked the price for a new opener ( the motor) as well as installation. I also asked how much it would cost to repair. I was TOLD $495 plus a discounted service call fee of $25. “ that’s it?” “ yes”. So for installation and repair of the door and the unit it’s $515 plus tax. Yea no. I spend over $515 for the repair and your tech told me it would be another $800 for a new unit and installation ( motor, drive rail, sensor eye and control). So in the end I went from expecting to spend just over $500 but in reality it would have cost me about $1400. I didn’t buy the new unit because of the “ missinfomation”. I would have had no problem spending that if I was originally quoted that. Thanks for the repair, he was good. Going to the next company for a replacement.

The Technician did a fine job in repairing garage door...just a few of issues .....could not understand his English well... when I placed the service call i asked to be texted so I could meet him at the house...that did not happen...he showed up...started the work... my tenant texted me and said that the technician was here...I as not there for the conversation but the tenant told me that the Technician told her I am not waiting for the text back ..call him...she did..... bottom line everything worked out but the experience was little rough...These are crazy times now and everyone is on edge....I will use Precision in the future

Service tech arrived on time, immediately it was clear that (Paulino M.) has great knowledge Of garage door system. He was able to make necessary repairs and get my door functioning better than I had ever seen!!! Real professional attitude. PLUS he had all the PPE gloves, mask, etc. to protect himself as well as my family!

Service was fast and repair tech on sight in an hour and completed work in less than an hour. However, $1,100 for under an hours work and for what I thought was just a broken spring seems a bit steep. Not sure if I really needed all new wheels, cables or whatever else was changed. Kinda feels like I was taken for a ride.

Warning Warning, this company will pull a scam on you. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. About two weeks ago I called Precision Garage door because my garage stopped working. Someone by the name Paulino showed up. He was very pleasant. He walked through the garage and immediately said that everything had to be changed and will cost $900.00. I told him that I was on Social Security Disability and can not afford that since I am on a fixed income. He went to his truck and sat there for about five minutes on the phone. He came back and told me that he could fix it for $770. I explained to him again that I could not afford that and I may have to wait or try to borrow money from friends. He also mentioned to me that the company who installed the garage door is not in business any longer which was a lie. He left and I contacted Ace's Garage Door Repair and Installation. Asher is the name of the person from the Ace's Garage and he said he had to change the limit switch. He had to order the part and came back in one week and fixed it and the garage works perfectly now. He also gave me the option of upgrading the Garage for $330. but I decided to not do that. I contacted the owner of Precision Garage and explained the scam his employee was trying to pull on me. He acted as if he had no clue and did not want me to report him to BBB.

After three different estimates I decided that this is not the company for me. Why not give me the best price first, instead of changing it after I said the first two estimates were too much? So I lost $50 and now have to get another company to come out. Not happy.

I am not happy with this service. Appointment was scheduled for the hours of 10-2. Paulinho showed up at 1:15 without calling first and just honked his horn He looked at the door and said “what did you do? He said it would be easy to fix and would cost $475 to get it to work or $1100 to do it right. He could not explain what he would to do to fix it. I need it to work so told him to fix it for the $475 price which by then was now $425. He fixed it in 20 minutes. $425 is a ridiculously high price for 20 minutes of work. I will not use this company again

I was so relieved to speak with a live person on a Sunday AM, when our garage spring broke and, we were unable to manually unlock the door. A service appt was scheduled for a ho'day, Memorial Day. The technician was prompt, explained the options and proposal for parts replacement. The price was fair and workmanship great. The one year warranty is a plus.

We were very pleased with the service. Our technician replaced two garage motors, springs, and rollers. He was professional, worked quickly, and had a great attitude. In addition, I was happy that I called on a Monday and had someone here on Thursday completing the work. He had everything on his truck that he needed to do the job. I didn't have to have two appointments, estimate and then work. He did them both at the same time. Excellent.
