Called in about noon and was given an appointment between 4-6pm same day - amazing! The technician called about 3:30pm to ask if he could come early - yeah! Service options and pricing were clearly presented. I just wish this company worked on more than garage doors. I would gladly call them for everything.

Phil came out and did the quick job I requested. I was afraid it wasn’t worth their time because of the job being too little. He didn’t make me feel that way though. Precision answered immediately and a technician (Phillip) was out within one hour (Saturday early evening) - he was very professional and handled the problem in short order. Super pleased.

I ordered a glass door with panted aluminum frame, track & motor. Precision was 20% less then the competition. When the installer finished the installation he pointed out a buckle in the frame that I would not have noticed and ordered a new panel to be installed.
