Paulino did really good work. Woman on the phone was nice and said he would be here between 4 and 6 and he would call at least 30 minutes ahead of time so I could meet him without waiting around. I really liked that. He calls me ahead like they said he would and was here at 4:10. I like that. Gave me a full explanation of what needed, why and the warranty. Worked fast and clean. Found Precision garage door in the yellow pages and will call them again next time.

The technician who came was very professional. I contacted this company because I needed a new opener. The technician reviewed the equipment and said I needed an adjustment to the spring on the door. The labor was $225.00 which seemed high. The total cost was $300.90 for a new opener and spring adjustment.

Found Precision Garage Door on my cell phone and glad I did. They said Matt could get here in 2 hours and he did! I was in a jam as I had to get my car out of my garage. He got here quickly, diagnosed the problem, got my car out and then fixed the door. Garage door and motor work great now. I scheduled with Precision and they did good work once they arrived, however, the technician was over an hour late. What bothered me was there was no call to let us know he was late. Please call when you are late.

I called Precision Door when I found them online. I called and a nice lady quickly answered the phone and scheduled me the same day. The technician arrived late but within the time frame I was given.
