I like a service business that does what they say they are going to do and on time. Great service! Email appointment confirmation, Paulino calling ahead to let me know when he would arrive and arriving on time, experienced and nice technician, right parts to fix my door now, explanation of the work and asking if I am completely satisfied upon completion of the job. Woman on the phone was a little fast with me, but maybe it was a busy day. Precision was recommended to me and I will pass it along as well. Thank you.

Paulino did really good work. Woman on the phone was nice and said he would be here between 4 and 6 and he would call at least 30 minutes ahead of time so I could meet him without waiting around. I really liked that. He calls me ahead like they said he would and was here at 4:10. I like that. Gave me a full explanation of what needed, why and the warranty. Worked fast and clean. Found Precision garage door in the yellow pages and will call them again next time.

The technician who came was very professional. I contacted this company because I needed a new opener. The technician reviewed the equipment and said I needed an adjustment to the spring on the door. The labor was $225.00 which seemed high. The total cost was $300.90 for a new opener and spring adjustment.

5 Stars. We ooked for someone who would be available ssoner than our prior service company, who was closed for next 5 days after our door opener failed. Picked Precision because of good ratings and reviews. Bought the" best" recommended service because the technician seemed competent, knowledgeable and honest. Malik was very pleasant and efficient. I couldn't ask for anything more. Don't know if or how much more I may have payed than someone else might have charged, and don't care because of the good expereince I had om this job.
