Never used Precision Garage Door before but really happy I called them. Ricky, the technician was on time, nice and professional. People on the phone were great and appreciated the call ahead of time telling me when they would arrive. Will keep the name for next time too.

OK, so I had never used Precision Garage Door before but know they enjoy a good reputation as being dependable, professional and fair pricing, so I called them. Malek the technician was excellent. Knew exactly what needed to be done, worked quickly, and cleaned up after his work. Very solid company. don't think you can go wrong calling these guys.

Paulino did really good work. Woman on the phone was nice and said he would be here between 4 and 6 and he would call at least 30 minutes ahead of time so I could meet him without waiting around. I really liked that. He calls me ahead like they said he would and was here at 4:10. I like that. Gave me a full explanation of what needed, why and the warranty. Worked fast and clean. Found Precision garage door in the yellow pages and will call them again next time.
