I found the Precision Garage door website and called expecting an appointment at some future date. I was given an appointment for the same day within a 2-hour window. James and Ron came out and explained that a new garage door was not needed, but that the one we had needed new hardware. They thoroughly explained everything and completed the job efficiently. OK, so I had never used Precision Garage Door before but know they enjoy a good reputation as being dependable, professional and fair pricing, so I called them. Malek the technician was excellent. I was extremely impressed with Ricky's promptness, knowledge, and how personable he was.
