I chose Precision from the yellow pages partly because of the claim to "fix it the same day". This was no idle claim because I called in the morning and someone was there at 1:00pm as promised. The job was completed in an hour and a half. Everything about my interaction with this company was extremely professional. The cost was a bit more than I expected, but an estimate was given before the work was performed and the final cost was exactly as expected. I didn't compare prices with other companies, but since the service was so superb, I can only assume that the price is competitive and fair. It was worth every penny.

When my door broke I did not know what to expect. The technician Brandon called me and told me he would be at my home in 20 minutes. He arrived and explained what was wrong with my door and gave me multiple options to repair it. He did a great job and put me at ease.
