I chose Precision from the yellow pages partly because of the claim to "fix it the same day". This was no idle claim because I called in the morning and someone was there at 1:00pm as promised. The job was completed in an hour and a half. Everything about my interaction with this company was extremely professional. The cost was a bit more than I expected, but an estimate was given before the work was performed and the final cost was exactly as expected. I didn't compare prices with other companies, but since the service was so superb, I can only assume that the price is competitive and fair. It was worth every penny.

Ricky at Precision was great. I needed new springs and rollers to support a very heavy wood door, and now my door is running better than it ever has! What was especially awesome is when I called to make the appointment, they found out my car was stuck in garage because I couldn't get the door open and I needed to get my son from school, they literally sent someone over right away to fix it.
