Ricky at Precision was great. I needed new springs and rollers to support a very heavy wood door, and now my door is running better than it ever has! What was especially awesome is when I called to make the appointment, they found out my car was stuck in garage because I couldn't get the door open and I needed to get my son from school, they literally sent someone over right away to fix it. Great customer service!
