Ok so wake up and my garage door won't open when I want to leave for work. Had never used Precision Garage Door before but they promise fast service. Woman on the phone sends this guy Brandon about 90 minutes later. He says no problem, has all the parts he needed on his truck. Less than an hour later I am on my way to work. Great service. Paulino really knows his stuff. He surveyed the garage before making a recommendation. He wanted to find out why the torsion springs failed before making any repair. Our bearings and tube were shot. He rebuilt the door and it works good as new.
