Obviously a well run company with well trained employees. People on the phone were nice and helpful. Brandon our technician was very skilled and explained what needed to be done to get our garage door work again. I have purchased 2 garage doors from Precision Garage Door in the past. The latest one is so quiet and was recommended by the service man. Upon putting in a new spring the gentleman checked out everything and mentioned that I will be needing some additional work as a few parts will be wearing out in the future. He did not try to sell me more, just gave some advice. He was very professional.

I found the Precision Garage door website and called expecting an appointment at some future date. I was given an appointment for the same day within a 2-hour window. James and Ron came out and explained that a new garage door was not needed, but that the one we had needed new hardware. They thoroughly explained everything and completed the job efficiently. They were very patient with my 86 year old mother. I give Precision Garage Door 5 Stars.
