Thank you for the great service! Brandon called to let me know when he was coming, he was on time, courteous and a good listener to our concerns. He very clearly explained the process and our options without being pushy. He let us decide after he explained everything, what work to have done on our garage door and did great work I had never used Precision before, but will definitely call them next time.

Paulino really knows his stuff. He surveyed the garage before making a recommendation. He wanted to find out why the torsion springs failed before making any repair. Our bearings and tube were shot. He rebuilt the door and it works good as new.

Found Precision Garage Door on Yelp and they answered our call in 2 rings. Were able to get Paulino out to our house an hour later. High quality work and parts. Was not cheap, but you have to pay for quality service and parts.
