Woman on the phone sends this guy Brandon about 90 minutes later. He says no problem, has all the parts he needed on his truck. Less than an hour later I am on my way to work. Great service. Paulino really knows his stuff. He surveyed the garage before making a recommendation. He wanted to find out why the torsion springs failed before making any repair. Our bearings and tube were shot. He rebuilt the door and it works good as new.
