I would like to give your whole team the highest rating possible, especially Ricky the service tech. I was convinced I was going to need a new garage door but Ricky replaced the necessary parts in a very short time. It was especially inconvenient because my wife's care was stuck in the garage. I was extremely impressed with Ricky's promptness, knowledge, and how personable he was. I was a stressed out mess when he arrived because I thought it would be days before we would have both cars again. When Rick said he'd have it done in a couple of hours, I was so relived I shouted with joy. I would and will recommend Precision to any and all. Thank you for being there when I needed you. Woman on the phone was nice and helpful. Liked being able to see my technician's face and biography on the appointment time confirmation email they sent before he came. Malek called ahead to give us an eta for this arrival. He was able to quickly figure out what was wrong with our garage door and motor and fix it. Had all the parts on his truck. I like a service business that does what they say they are going to do and on time. Great service! Email appointment confirmation, Paulino calling ahead to let me know when he would arrive and arriving on time, experienced and nice technician, right parts to fix my door now, explanation of the work and asking if I am completely satisfied upon completion of the job. Woman on the phone was a little fast with me, but maybe it was a busy day. Precision was recommended to me and I will pass it along as well. Thank you.

Paulino did really good work. Woman on the phone was nice and said he would be here between 4 and 6 and he would call at least 30 minutes ahead of time so I could meet him without waiting around. I really liked that. He calls me ahead like they said he would and was here at 4:10. I like that. Gave me a full explanation of what needed, why and the warranty. Worked fast and clean. Found Precision garage door in the yellow pages and will call them again next time.

The technician who came was very professional. I contacted this company because I needed a new opener. The technician reviewed the equipment and said I needed an adjustment to the spring on the door. The labor was $225.00 which seemed high. The total cost was $300.90 for a new opener and spring adjustment.

Found Precision Garage Door on my cell phone and glad I did. They said Matt could get here in 2 hours and he did! I was in a jam as I had to get my car out of my garage. He got here quickly, diagnosed the problem, got my car out and then fixed the door. Garage door and motor work great now.
