Currently I am overseas on Business and was not there to coordinate with the service person. I am satisfied with the promptness of the service however disappointed that my wife was not offered the 3 year warranty. Nor was she shown the "Best" as indicated in the email I received. Only difference I saw was the warranty length and an additional cable The price of the replacement battery started out at $155 which is a pretty big mark-up as I can purchase myself for $49. My indicated the service guy said he reduced the price by 50% but still a high price in my opinion. More disappointed with not having the 3 year warranty than anything else. My 5 year warranty on the original repair in 2015 had just expired on June 27 and would have liked to seen a new 5 year warranty offered.

I had an old garage door replaced by Precision Garage Door. Both Al, the estimator and Solomon, the technician , were very professional when they came to the house. The office staff I spoke with was friendly. Solomon, the technician, demonstrated expertise on the install and had it all done in less time than I thought he would. Not only does my new garage door look beautiful, but it is perfectly sealed all around. I only wish I had called sooner to do the job. Thank you to the team at Precision Garage Door that stalled my garage door.

The repair consisted of replacing the J arm connecting the trolley to the door. Apparently, the technician did not check the operation of the door after completion of the repair, which I consider a serious breach of responsibility. When I operated the door after the technician left, I found the trolley hitting the motor. Now I am forced to operate the door manually.

Excellent and thorough. I called originally for a broken spring and Sheridan found a few more things that I hadn't noticed and would eventually impact the door operation. Sheridan did a great job of explaining why all of these items should be replaced and the impact of not replacing them. Yes, it cost a bit more than I had initially expected but fixing all the issues now will mean I will have a worry free door for many years to come.

The installer was Sheridan. I am glad to report that it was fast, efficient, neat (no mess left behind) and informative (he explained the system in easy terms and demonstrated all the "bells and whistles". Great professional. Ask me in a month to find out if it still works like a charm. I'm impressed with how quiet this system is. What a difference.

Spent a bit more than what I initially thought we would spend but in the end it probably made sense to update our system as it was a bit old. Jerry was very friendly and did a quality job. Trouble call made for service tech to address load vibration noise when closing garage door. James called with ETA which was within the four hour window. Spent 15-20 mins to realign one of the guide rails and the problem was fixed. Excellent customer service! Will do business again.

All the positive reviews and most all them are 5 stars. Can’t go wrong with a company that has that many 5-star reviews. Sheridan was the Precision Garage Door technician who performed the work on our door and he was awesome. He took the time to explain all related costs for the repairs and was very professional in his work and most important great customer service. (The Garage door owner tried to do his own repairs and he screwed it all up including breaking the motor beyond repair) Called Precision Garage Door and made an appointment for the next day. Services performed; Door Motor replacement, Door Spring, sensors and door hardware. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair work and the garage door works better than it did originally. Thank you Precision Garage Door. 5 Stars +

Paul called indicating about what time he would be at my home and said he would call again when he was on the road and how long it would take; which he did. The garage door needed better rollers which I authorized Paul to do. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I tested closing the garage door and am happy that it is now working properly.

I was truly astounded at how fast I was able to get my garage door opener replaced during Covid times! This was very distressing prior to finding Precision. My broken garage door opener was likely decades old and certainly pass the point of repair. There were no springs and the rollers were completely messed up and askew. The pushbutton opener on the wall was a disaster. Basically everything about my garage door opener except the rails had to be replaced. Since the garage is a place where we secure certain belongings in addition to cars, tools etc., the fact that we couldn’t close the garage door was a huge problem. Our technician was James Walker. He was very professional in addition to being cautious with social distancing. He showed up with a mask on and rang the doorbell then backed off the front porch and politely waited for me to open the door. The entire experience was very worthwhile. And now I have a fantastic garage door opener. It feels so good!
