Service was OK, not great. Technician did not have the right springs the first time which he said almost never happens. People on the phone were nice and technician was competent when he did come back and complete the job.

I liked Malek and your service was very good and professional. Malek was a little late for the appointment. I wanted a garage door that wa smore flush but ours is an old house and I am afraid the house will shift more. Malek listened and understood this. Overall I am happy and will use Precision again next time.

My technician was great. Thorough, nice and just a real pro. 3 stars because they had to push my appointment back from 2-4 to 4-6 as the technician was caught in traffic.

I scheduled with Precision and they did good work once they arrived, however, the technician was over an hour late. What bothered me was there was no call to let us know he was late. Please call when you are late.
