Our garage door wire disconnected and our door was hanging half open at 6 pm. I called the first person who could get there the next morning as we had to leave the door open all night.your tech came, was there 40 minutes and reattached the wire. The bill was $650.00. When I noticed the senior discount sign on the truck, I asked for it,( shouldn't have to ask!) I feel the cost was high for the short time he was there. Would I use you again? I would get estimates next time in a non emergency situation.

Service was OK, not great. Technician did not have the right springs the first time which he said almost never happens. People on the phone were nice and technician was competent when he did come back and complete the job.
Jeff, I apologize that we did not have all the parts the first time. It is something we work hard to avoid. I can frankly tell you we do complete over 98% of our jobs the first visit, but we let you down. I would like to discuss with you what we can do to make things right, so please call me back. I liked Malek and your service was very good and professional. Malek was a little late for the appointment. I wanted a garage door that wa smore flush but ours is an old house and I am afraid the house will shift more. Malek listened and understood this. Overall I am happy and will use Precision again next time.

My technician was great. Thorough, nice and just a real pro. 3 stars because they had to push my appointment back from 2-4 to 4-6 as the technician was caught in traffic.

I scheduled with Precision and they did good work once they arrived, however, the technician was over an hour late. What bothered me was there was no call to let us know he was late. Please call when you are late.
