Chewy was great. He called in advance, arrived on time, and diagnosed and resolved the problem very quickly. It turned out that the LED light bulb used with the opener was disrupting the signal. When the bulb was removed, the opener functioned well. My issue is that the charge for the repair was high considering that the opener was fixed in five minutes. I understand my responsibility to pay for the travel time, and for the expertise of the technician, but it seems there should be a reduced charge when the repair is completed with so little effort and time. This will be on my mind the next time I select a company to perform this type of service.

We called in the morning as our garage door would only open 6”. We were told someone would be to our home that day. James arrived an hour later and immediately noticed one of our springs was broken! He changed that and checked our motor and system to make sure it was functioning correctly. He said it was good. We felt that the rollers should be replaced and he agreed but never told us we had to change them. James did a great job, and was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. What a great experience that we will tell anyone that needs a professional company to rely upon getting the repair done correctly with no pressure to do things unnecessarily.

I was happy that you guys came out on a weekend and the technician did a great job. Other than that I wasn't too happy. The quote I got over the phone vs. the actual cost was more than double. You forgot to mention $89.00 flat service fee on top of $175 for each door spring. I paid $469.00...that was crazy high. I had the option to refuse the service but would have been charged $49.00 without getting my spring fixed. Secondly, our appt was from 8am to 12. The technician showed up at 1pm. I've replaced my springs before and I paid $158.00. I should have waited till Monday.

I give a five star rating, I called Precision because the ad said a live operator would answer 24/7, that evenings and weekends at no extra charge and gave same day service. The person that answered the phone was great, very nice, helpful and able to get someone out to me within hours. I came home and my garage door opened but would not close and I had to close it manually. When I tried to open it again it just made a noise and would not open. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were able to come out within a few hours. It turned out that it was a simple fix. Cory, my repair person was great, very helpful, and nice, he also pointed out how to fix the problem if it happens again and he got the button on the wall that opens the garage door to work. Cory gave me a sticker with the company name and phone number and I will diffidently call when I have a problem again as I know my Genie will need to be replaced or will have another problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Cory is the greatest.

In the middle of having our carpet replaced, with all the carpet being cut in the garage, the door broke. I called precision based on reviews on Yelp and their promise of same day service. When I explained that our flooring contractors couldn't access the garage easily, Paulino showed up within an hour. He opened the garage properly so the flooring contractors had easy access and repaired the door within an hour.
