The springs on my garage door broke and we couldn't use our garage! We called Precision Door Services and they sent out a tech the same day! He explained everything to me when installing the spring installation and even fixed the tension on the garage door motor so it would run smoother when opening and closing the garage door. I needed my spring replaced. Te door from the beginning never worked correctly. Paulino told me I was supposed to have 2 springs and he said I needed new rollers. We replaced them and now I have a quiet smooth garage.

The crew was timely and professional. However, to replace the springs, the Invoice was for $433.00. This seems excessive, when the material cost online is on the order of $120.00 (for a pair) so that leaves the labor at $313.00 for approximately 1 hours work. This was a one man job. The additional man was being trained.

I like to work with experienced people and am not a big fan of young kids working in my house but Ricky proved me wrong. He was on time, gave me options, and I was in no way going to spend a lot of money on additional repairs but I did anyway. My garage works great. I never knew it could be so quiet.

I gave the service 5 star. So far so good. My suggestion is that the service call fee $50 should be deducted if we go with the service/repair. Most companies do that. If the customer don't want to do it, they pay the $50.00 only.
