Job well done ! A very compete inspection of Garage door needs and costs of repairs , before beginning work . Door working much better at this time after cable adjustment and some bolts replaced . I was also given information and cost , if I later have more needs of repair , even a new garage door if needed. I , Highly recommend Precision garage door Service .

He explained exactly what I needed to get my door moving again never pushing something that I didn't need. He was on time and got the work done in a timely matter. I'll start off by stating that the service was excellent. Sheridan came on time and finished very quickly. Scheduling was o.k. (agent stated 4 - 8pm; email stated 9 -11am which was incorrect). Other than that the scheduling process was easy. I was taken aback by the cost of the parts! I do not mind paying double retail due to convenience and I understand the technician having to carry inventory on his truck but the cost of the parts was surprising.

I chose Precision because the previous company I used didn't have time and I needed it done now. Everyone at Precision ( picked from the Yellow Pages) because I really liked their ad and when I called they were very friendly and accommodating. So glad I made that choice because everything was doe to perfection I purchased whatever it took to complete the job.

First of all I want to thank the lady that I talked to on Friday evening. I did not get her name but she was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She was able to schedule an appointment the next day for me. Travis Behn was very professional and friendly and of course knowledgeable in explaining to me what the problem was! Very courteous and understanding to the situation that I was in. I explained to him what happened and he fixed it and also offered to service my garage! He replaces the rolls and did the lubricants on all hinges. It was quick and fast and he did a very good job. I thank him for the very good and efficient way he handled the job. Travis B of Precision Garage Doors gave a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arriving, and he arrived at the time he was scheduled to do so. He was very courteous, professional and performed a complete system check of the door, tracks and opener. He replaced a broken spring and had the door operational in little over an hour. Great customer service starting with the calls to the office to schedule the appointment up to the service repair by Travis. A definite 5 star company and staff!

It only took a few minutes for him to determine what needed to be done, and he wasted no time getting the job done. I would not recommend this company for the reason that they doubled the price when they worked on my garage door. I understand that I didn't have to agree with the quote that they presented. My plan was to get multiple quotes, but I was also desperate to get my garage door back in operation. After I got my invoice, I decided to research the prices on the parts listed on the invoice. For example, they charged me $699.00 for the Liftmaster 8550wlb opener which sold for $345.00 at Amazon. Not to mention the rest of the parts that they used which were also double priced.

I thought my garage door had a serious problem; however, Jonathan quickly determined that it was not. He offered to clean and lubricated the door track and rollers to assure continued smooth operation. He honestly advised that neither a new door nor extensive work was required.
